Graco SlimFit 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat, Slim Space-Saving Jarret Grey with 10-Position Headrest

The Graco SlimFit 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat is a space-saving child car seat that converts from rear-facing harness to forward-facing harness to a highback booster, growing with your child from infancy through early elementary years.

The SlimFit balances a narrow footprint with a full-size fit for kids, so you can keep three across many back seats without sacrificing comfort or adjustability. Built to meet current safety testing standards, the seat offers multiple recline positions, a one-motion harness-and-headrest system, and cup holders that rotate away to reduce bulk when you need extra space.

How does this seat save space in a crowded back seat?

The SlimFit’s profile is engineered to be narrower than many convertible seats while still providing a roomy seating area for children. Dual integrated cup holders rotate out of the way, reducing the seat’s overall width by about ten percent when needed, so you can fit another passenger or car seat beside it.

• Slim shell design maximizes available back-seat width
• Rotating cup holders tuck in to shrink the footprint
• Compact base and 4 recline positions optimize fit against vehicle seats

What age and weight ranges does the car seat cover as a 3-in-1?

This convertible seat is built to accommodate children through three stages: rear-facing harness, forward-facing harness, and highback booster. Weight ranges span from infant rear-facing to booster mode, allowing long-term use as your child grows.

• Rear-facing harness: 5–40 lb
• Forward-facing harness: 26.5–65 lb
• Highback booster: 40–100 lb

How do you adjust the harness and headrest as a child grows?

The Simply Safe Adjust system eliminates the need to rethread the harness when raising the headrest. One motion moves the headrest and harness together, so you can quickly find the right fit and maintain proper harness positioning as your child gains height.

• No-rethread harness saves time and ensures correct alignment
• 10-position headrest provides fine-tuned height adjustments
• Clear markers make it easier to choose safe harness placements

How easy is installation and what safety engineering is included?

Installation is straightforward thanks to Graco’s InRight LATCH system, which clicks into place quickly to reduce installation errors. The seat is engineered to current Graco ProtectPlus standards, designed to improve protection in frontal, side, rear, and rollover tests beyond minimal requirements.

• InRight LATCH offers fast one-second attachment and a secure connection
• ProtectPlus engineered for multiple-impact protection considerations
• Four recline positions help achieve correct installation angles in many vehicles

Who is this for? The Graco SlimFit 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat suits parents and caregivers who need a long-lasting car seat that tucks into tighter back seats without giving up adjustability or modern safety engineering. It’s a practical choice for families who want a single seat that transitions from infancy through booster age, households fitting multiple car seats across the rear bench, and caregivers who value quick installation and one-handed adjustments.
