Grüns Adult Greens Gummies Sugar-Free, 28 ct single-serve packs — multivitamin + prebiotic fibre

Grüns Adult Greens Gummies are sugar-free, on-the-go multivitamin gummies that combine 20+ vitamins and minerals with prebiotic fiber and whole-food greens in 28 daily packs.

These strawberry-sweet green gummies are designed to replace messy powders and multiple pills by delivering foundational nutrition in a single, portable chewable. Each daily pack contains a blend of vitamins (including methylated B12 and folate), minerals, plant-based greens, adaptogens, and prebiotic fiber to support digestion and nutrient absorption. The formula is vegan, gluten-free, and free from common allergens, with low- or zero-sugar options and third-party testing for quality.

What nutrients are included and why do they matter?

Grüns gummies supply a broad nutrient profile to help cover daily needs that might be missing from diet alone. They include vitamins A, several B vitamins (with methylated B12), C, D3, E, K2, iron, zinc, biotin, folate, and more—many at up to 100% Daily Value—plus whole-food fruit and vegetable extracts.

• Methylated B12 and folate for better absorption in MTHFR variants
• Vitamin D3 and K2 for bone and immune support pathways
• Antioxidant vitamin C and vitamin E from whole-food blends
• Iron and zinc to help meet mineral requirements

How do these gummies support digestion and gut health?

Each serving includes prebiotic fiber that feeds beneficial gut bacteria and helps regulate bowel movements without bloating from heavy powders. The product delivers approximately three times the fiber of some leading greens powders, using gentle, plant-based sources designed for daily use.

• Prebiotic fiber to nourish microbiome balance and regularity
• Whole-food greens and adaptogens that support digestive resilience
• Low-residue chewable format avoids the grit of powdered supplements

Are these gummies suitable for dietary restrictions and everyday routines?

Grüns gummies are formulated to be inclusive for many dietary needs: they are plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, and free from dairy, nuts, and artificial additives. Individual daily packs simplify travel and make consistent intake easier for busy schedules.

• Vegan and free from common allergens like dairy and tree nuts
• Available in sugar-free or low-sugar options for reduced-sugar diets
• 28 single-serve packs—easy to slip into a bag or desk drawer

What evidence supports the formula and how is quality ensured?

The ingredients are backed by a large body of research and were tested in a 12-week, placebo-controlled, double-blind study showing improved absorption of key nutrients such as folate and vitamin C. Grüns also subjects products to third-party testing to verify purity and label accuracy.

• Clinical study demonstrating enhanced nutrient absorption
• Ingredients with extensive research citations across published literature
• Third-party testing for ingredient identity and potency

Who is this for: Grüns Adult Greens Gummies are aimed at adults who want a convenient, chewable alternative to powders and multiple pills—people with busy lives, anyone avoiding animal-derived supplements, those managing sugar intake, or anyone looking for a combined multivitamin-and-greens option. They suit users seeking daily foundational nutrition with added prebiotic fiber and who prefer single-serve packs for travel or workplace convenience. As with any supplement, consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or managing a medical condition.
