Hefty Gallon Calendar Slider Freezer Bags, 4-Pack (100 ct) — MaxLock Seal & Writable Date Label

Hefty Calendar Slider Gallon Freezer Bags are heavyweight freezer storage bags with a built-in date calendar, writable label area, expandable bottom, and a strong sliding seal to protect food in the freezer.

These gallon-size freezer bags combine a visible date tracker and a large white label with Hefty's MaxLock sliding seal to make long-term storage and meal prep simpler. Designed to stand while you fill them and to prevent leaks, the bags are sized to hold bulk portions of meat, baked goods, produce, and prepared meals. Four packs with 25 bags each supply 100 durable, resealable bags suitable for busy kitchens, camping trips, and bulk shopping runs.

How do the calendar and label features help me stay organized?

The printed calendar on each bag lets you circle the month and day so you can quickly see when items were frozen. A large white box below the dates provides space to identify contents, portion sizes, or reheating instructions. Together these features make rotation and retrieval faster and reduce food waste.

• Circle month/day on the front calendar to track freezing date.
• Write protein type, recipe name, or serving size in the white label area.
• Helps implement first-in, first-out freezer organization.

Are these bags strong enough to prevent freezer burn and leaks?

Hefty Calendar Slider Freezer Bags use an extra-strong MaxLock slide track that creates a tight closure and reduces air exposure—key to minimizing freezer burn. The slider clicks when fully sealed, giving audible confirmation that the bag is closed. The design also resists punctures and moisture migration better than standard storage bags.

• MaxLock sliding track for a secure, tight seal.
• Audible click indicates the bag is fully closed.
• Durable material provides puncture and moisture resistance.

Can these gallon bags handle large or awkwardly shaped items?

Yes—an expandable, gusseted bottom allows the bag to stand upright and spread when filled, making it easier to pack bulky cuts of meat, loaves, or large portions of leftovers. Standability reduces spills during filling and makes stacking in the freezer more efficient. The gallon capacity leaves room for liquids or marinated foods when you freeze.

• Expandable bottom helps the bag stand while filling and freezing.
• Gallon size fits large cuts, breads, and bulk-prepped meals.
• Shape supports neat stacking and space-saving storage in freezers.

How many bags come in a pack and what uses are they best for?

This offering includes four sleeves of 25 bags, totaling 100 gallon freezer bags—suitable for households that batch-cook, preserve seasonal produce, or portion meats from bulk buys. They work well for meal prepping, long-term freezer storage, camping food organization, and moving leftovers from fridge to freezer. The calendar and label make them handy for gifting or meal delivery too.

• 4 packs × 25 bags = 100 total gallon-size freezer bags.
