HOOAI PZ20 Carburetor Kit for 50-125cc ATVs & Go-Karts — 20mm Bore, 35mm Air Filter, Complete Hardware

HOOAI PZ20 is a complete replacement carburetor kit engineered to fit many 4-stroke Chinese ATVs, go-karts and dirt bikes from 50cc to 125cc, restoring throttle response and improving fuel metering.

This PZ20 carburetor bundle includes the carb body plus intake hardware, filters, fuel lines, gaskets and a spark plug so you can reinstall a working fuel system without sourcing separate parts. It's built with a 20mm throttle bore and a supplemental 35mm conical air filter for common small-engine platforms—designed for models from Kazuma, TaoTao, SunL and similar brands. Before buying, compare the flange and throttle-bore dimensions to your existing carburetor to confirm fitment.

Will this carburetor fit my ATV or dirt bike?

The kit is compatible with many Chinese-made 50cc–125cc 4-stroke machines, including TaoTao, SunL, Kazuma Baja and several Roketa/Coolster models. Fit depends on intake manifold shape and bolt pattern; some older XR50/CRF50-style bikes are excluded. Always visually compare the supplied intake pipe and gasket to your current assembly.

• Fits many TaoTao NST, SunL, Kazuma Baja 50–125cc models
• Includes intake pipe, multiple gaskets and clamps for varied bolt patterns
• Doesn’t fit XR50 or CRF50 style carburetors
• Check throttle-bore and flange against your existing carb before ordering

How does the PZ20 kit improve engine performance?

The PZ20 offers accurate fuel metering for engines sized around 20mm throttle bores, which helps steady idling and smoother throttle transitions. The included 35mm conical air filter and reinforced fuel lines reduce contaminants and airflow restriction compared with degraded stock components. Proper installation and tuning of the pilot and main jets will optimize performance for your specific engine and altitude.

• 20mm bore tuned for small 4-stroke engines
• 35mm conical air filter for improved airflow and filtration
• Reinforced fuel lines and inline fuel shutoff for reliability
• Comprehensive gasket set to ensure airtight fit

What components are included in the package?

The kit arrives with the carburetor plus a full set of installation parts so you can replace a faulty carb without extra shopping. Hardware covers common mounting variations and fuel connections found on many Chinese ATVs and go-karts. Use the spare gaskets and clamps to create a sealed intake and eliminate vacuum leaks.

• PZ20 carburetor and 35mm conical air filter with clamp
• Intake pipe, manifold gaskets, rubber gaskets and mounting screws
• Fuel filter, 3/16" and 1/8" ID fuel lines, inline fuel shutoff valve
• Spark plug and additional seals for rebuild or replacement

How should I install and tune the carburetor?

Installation requires matching the intake flange and securing the carb with the supplied gaskets and clamps, then connecting the fuel lines and choke/throttle linkages. After starting, allow the engine to warm and check for leaks before adjusting the idle mixture and speed screws. Fine-tune the main jet and pilot screw based on throttle response, exhaust color and performance at different loads.

• Compare flange and throttle bore before fitting
• Tighten clamps, check for vacuum and fuel leaks
• Warm engine, then adjust pilot and idle screws for smooth idle
• Test under load and refine main jet or needle position as needed

Who is this for: This HOOAI PZ20 carburetor kit is intended for owners and mechanics who need a direct-replacement carburetor and installation parts for 50cc–125cc 4-stroke Chinese ATVs, go-karts and dirt bikes. It suits users restoring a non-working fuel system, upgrading a clogged stock carb, or keeping a spare on hand for field repairs. If you’re unsure about fitment, compare your existing carburetor’s dimensions and flange design to the photos and parts list before ordering.
