How do I prepare Big Daddy Mac quickly?

Making mac and cheese with this mix takes only a few steps and a couple of minutes on the stovetop. Heat milk and butter, whisk in the powdered mix until the sauce is smooth, then fold in drained pasta. The result is a thick, cheesy coating that clings to noodles for classic comfort food.

• Heat 1/4 cup milk and 4 tbsp butter over medium heat.
• Whisk in about 1/3 cup of the mix until fully combined.
• Stir in 1 to 1.5 cups cooked pasta; serves two.

What ingredients and allergens are in the mix?

Big Daddy Mac is formulated with real cheddar cheese among other ingredients to deliver a familiar cheese flavor. The product is manufactured in the USA and contains milk, so it’s important for shoppers with dairy sensitivities to take note. The dry powder is intended for pantry storage rather than refrigeration.

• Contains real cheddar cheese for authentic taste.
• Allergen note: contains milk.
• Made in the USA; store in a cool, dry place — do not refrigerate or freeze.

What servings and uses can I expect from a 1 lb pack?

A single one-pound bag provides multiple servings, making it economical for home cooks or small gatherings. Besides the classic stovetop mac, the mix doubles as a convenient cheese sauce for casseroles, baked dishes, or as a pour-over for vegetables. Adjust the ratio of mix to milk to reach your desired sauce thickness.

• Makes several two-serving batches depending on portion size.
• Works as a base sauce for bakes, dips, or vegetable toppings.
• Simple to scale up: multiply recipe quantities for larger groups.

How can I customize the flavor or texture?

The straightforward base lets you personalize flavor and consistency easily. Add spices, extra cheese, or a splash of cream to enrich the sauce; for a smoother finish, whisk in a little more milk. For a baked variation, combine with pasta, top with breadcrumbs, and brown briefly in the oven.

• Stir in paprika, mustard powder, or Worcestershire for depth.
• Use cream or extra cheddar for richer texture and flavor.
• Bake with breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping option.
