Hot Crispy Oil chili crisp olive oil — 177 ml Mild Heat with crunchy garlic & shallots, USA-made finishing drizzle

Hot Crispy Oil is a small-batch, USA-made chili crisp style olive oil blended with fried garlic, shallots, and chili peppers to add crunchy, savory heat to pizza, pasta, eggs, bread and more.

Made in the United States from quality olive oil and freshly fried aromatics, this 6 fl oz bottle brings a textured, mildly spicy condiment to your kitchen. Rather than a smooth chile oil, Hot Crispy Oil delivers both flavored oil and crisped bits so each spoonful contributes heat, umami, and a satisfying crunch. It’s crafted to be versatile — use it as a finishing drizzle, a cooking staple, or a bold topping — while keeping ingredients simple and free of artificial preservatives.

How will Hot Crispy Oil change the way I season weeknight dishes?

Instead of relying on multiple pantry jars, a few shakes of Hot Crispy Oil adds fat, garlicky depth, and a mild chili kick that lifts ordinary meals. The crunchy pieces provide texture that contrasts with soft foods like eggs or noodles, making quick dinners feel more deliberate and flavorful.

• Instantly seasons pasta, rice bowls, and sautés without extra measuring.
• Crispy garlic and shallots add bite to soft proteins and vegetables.
• Mild heat enhances taste without masking delicate ingredients.

What are the best ways to use this chili crisp blend for pizza and bread?

Hot Crispy Oil shines as a finishing oil on hot pizza and toasted bread: the oil soaks into the crust while the crisped aromatics stay crunchy on top. It pairs well with tomato-based pies as well as white pizzas, and it transforms simple garlic bread into a restaurant-style side.

• Drizzle on just-baked pizza to add crunch and fragrant heat.
• Spread over toast or focaccia for an upgraded bruschetta base.
• Mix into garlic butter for a deeply flavored dip or spread.

Can I cook with Hot Crispy Oil, or is it only for finishing dishes?

This blend works both as a finishing condiment and as a low-heat cooking oil. Use it gently to sautée aromatics or finish a stir-fry, but avoid prolonged high-heat frying to preserve the texture of the fried garlic and shallots. Adding it near the end of cooking maintains the crunch and aroma.

• Stir into warm dishes at the end of cooking for maximum crunch.
• Use for low-to-medium heat sautés to impart flavored oil and bits.
• Not recommended for deep frying where crisp pieces may burn.
