It's Just! Inulin Prebiotic Fibre Chicory Root Powder — Water-Soluble, Vegan & Keto-Friendly Digestive Support

It's Just! Inulin Prebiotic Fiber is a water-soluble chicory root powder that supports digestive balance and adds soluble fiber to foods and drinks.

This finely milled inulin powder is a plant-derived, low-calorie fiber sourced from chicory root and packaged in the USA from Belgian-grown ingredients. It dissolves easily in cold or hot liquids, blends into recipes, and is formulated to feed beneficial gut bacteria rather than being digested for calories. Because it's tasteless and slightly sweet, many people add it to smoothies, coffee, yogurt, or baked goods to boost fiber intake without changing texture or flavor dramatically.

How do I use inulin powder in everyday foods and drinks?

It’s Just! inulin mixes smoothly into beverages and recipes and can be used as a simple fiber boost in both hot and cold preparations. Start with a small amount to assess tolerance, then increase to your preferred serving. It works especially well in recipes where a neutral, slightly sweet soluble fiber is desirable.

• Add 1–2 teaspoons to coffee, matcha, or smoothies for a soluble-fiber lift.
• Stir into yogurt, oatmeal, or cottage cheese for texture without added calories.
• Include in baking or no-bake bars to replace a portion of flour and increase fiber content.
• Dissolves in both warm and cold liquids—no clumping when mixed well.

What are the practical benefits of choosing this chicory-root inulin?

This inulin powder provides soluble fiber that can be incorporated into daily meals to raise overall fiber intake without adding digestible carbohydrates or significant calories. It is plant-based, vegan-friendly, and keto-compatible, making it suitable for many eating patterns. Because it is mildly sweet and virtually flavorless, it's an unobtrusive way to enrich recipes.

• Zero or very low calories per serving while contributing soluble fiber.
• Neutral taste that preserves the flavor profile of recipes and drinks.
• Compatible with vegan and low-carb diets when used appropriately.
• Powdered form for easy measuring, mixing, and recipe integration.

Will this powder affect blood sugar or nutrient absorption?

Because inulin is a non-digestible soluble fiber, it does not contribute digestible sugars and is not a direct source of glucose. When included in meals, soluble fiber can slow gastric emptying and the rate at which carbohydrates are absorbed, which may help moderate post-meal glucose responses. It may also provide a longer transit time in the intestine, which can influence how minerals are absorbed; this can be beneficial for nutrient uptake when combined with a balanced diet.

• Non-digestible fiber that does not add significant usable carbohydrates.
• Can be used in recipes to reduce the speed of carbohydrate absorption.
• May help provide extra time for mineral absorption when consumed with meals.
• Start with small doses to judge individual tolerance and response.

How should I store it, and what is the recommended serving approach?

Keep the powder sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve texture and shelf life. Use the provided scoop or kitchen measuring tools to add modest amounts to foods and beverages; most people begin with one teaspoon and adjust upward over days to avoid digestive discomfort. Follow package guidance for serving size and consult a healthcare provider if you have specific dietary concerns.

• Store in a cool, dry cupboard with the lid closed.
• Begin with 1 teaspoon daily, increasing gradually as tolerated.
• Do not heat at extremely high temperatures for long periods to avoid altering powder properties.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets; use within recommended shelf timeframe.
