iumulinrui Resistance Bands Set with Handles & Door Anchor — 5 Colour-Coded Tubes, Foam Handles for Full-Body Workouts

iumulinrui Resistance Bands Set with Handles and Door Anchor is a portable, full-body training kit that replaces bulky gym gear for strength, mobility, and conditioning workouts at home or on the go.

This compact system pairs five color-coded tube bands with foam handles, ankle straps, a reinforced door anchor, a multi-angle strap, and a storage bag to deliver adjustable resistance for every major muscle group. Designed for users who want customizable tension without a rack of weights, the kit lets you combine bands for progressive overload, anchor at different heights for varied motion paths, and train anywhere with a sturdy doorway or open space.

How does this set adapt to different fitness levels?

The kit includes five separate resistance tubes in ascending tension, so beginners can start light and experienced users can stack bands for greater load. The modular approach makes it simple to fine-tune difficulty for specific exercises and progress as strength improves.

• Five color-coded resistance levels for incremental intensity.
• Combine two or more tubes to multiply resistance.
• Quick-attach clips let you change setups between exercises.
• Foam handles and ankle straps support varied grips and placements.

What exercises can I realistically do with the bands and door anchor?

These bands enable a wide range of movements that target arms, shoulders, chest, back, core, glutes and legs. Using the door anchor at different heights reproduces common gym angles like low rows, chest presses, and overhead pulls with controlled resistance.

• Upper body: chest press, shoulder press, rows, biceps curls.
• Lower body: banded squats, lunges, glute kickbacks, seated leg extensions.
• Core & mobility: resisted rotations, standing twists, assisted stretches.
• Multi-angle training: anchor high, mid, low for varied movement planes.

How safe and durable are the components for regular use?

The set uses reinforced tube bands and a heavy-duty door anchor to minimize wear and help keep attachments secure during dynamic movements. As with any resistance equipment, inspect bands and anchor points before use and avoid sharp edges or damaged hardware.

• Reinforced door anchor designed for stable mounting on standard doors.
• Durable tube bands intended for repeated stretching and stacking.
• Foam-padded handles and adjustable ankle straps for comfort.
• Storage bag protects bands and keeps accessories organized between sessions.

How portable and travel-friendly is the kit?

The whole system stows in a compact bag and weighs far less than free weights, making it easy to toss in luggage or a gym tote. Its small footprint means you can set it up in hotel rooms, offices, or apartments without permanent anchors.

• Lightweight tubes and accessories fit into the included carry bag.
• Quick-connect clips and compact anchor speed up setup and teardown.
• Works with most standard doors—no drilling required.
• Space-efficient storage for cramped living areas or travel packing.

Who is this for: The iumulinrui Resistance Bands Set is aimed at people seeking a flexible, space-saving strength and conditioning solution — from beginners wanting low-impact resistance to experienced exercisers who use band stacking for progressive overload. It also suits travelers, apartment dwellers, busy professionals, and anyone building a starter home gym without heavy equipment.
