Kona Safe/Clean Bristle-Free Grill Brush — Stainless Steel BBQ Cleaner, Triple-Headed, 10-Year Warranty

The Kona Safe/Clean Bristle-Free Grill Brush is a durable, all-stainless-steel BBQ cleaner that removes baked-on residue without loose bristles.

Built to replace traditional wire brushes, this Kona grill brush uses a hardened, bristle-free stainless-steel construction and a triple-headed cleaning design to tackle grease and carbon while protecting grill surfaces from stray bristles. Designed and stress-tested in the USA, it fits most common grill types and comes with a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty for long-term peace of mind.

How does the Kona brush clean without metal bristles?

The Safe/Clean brush relies on hard-wired stainless-steel scrapers formed into bristle-free edges that scrape and lift baked-on food. When used with a steam-cleaning technique on a hot grate, it loosens stubborn deposits quickly.

• Hard-wired stainless edges cut through residue without shedding bristles.
• Triple cleaning heads contact top and sides of grates simultaneously for more coverage.
• Recommended steam method: preheat grill, dip brush in water, then scrub in square sections.

Will this brush work on my specific grill type?

The Kona brush is compatible with most major grill materials including porcelain, ceramic, infrared, Weber cast iron, and Char-Broil grates. It is not recommended for small portable grills or very thin round stainless-steel grates where the tool could be oversized.

• Safe on heavy-duty porcelain and cast-iron surfaces when used as directed.
• Not ideal for very thin round stainless-steel rods or compact portable grills.
• Use gentle pressure on coated surfaces to avoid cosmetic wear.

How long will the Kona Safe/Clean brush last and is it backed by any warranty?

This brush is built to outlast conventional wire-bristle tools, with a more rigid, rust-resistant stainless-steel construction and weather-resistant handle that resist bending and corrosion. Kona includes a 10-year manufacturer's limited warranty to cover defects and give buyers confidence.

• Constructed from 100% stainless steel for long-term rust resistance.
• 125% more rigid construction than many traditional brushes for longer life.
• 10-year limited warranty covers manufacturing faults — retain proof of purchase.

How should I use and maintain this grill brush for best results?

For optimal cleaning, preheat the grill to loosen residue, keep a small water container nearby for frequent dips, and clean the grate in square sections defined by the horizontal bars. Rinse after heavy use and store dry to preserve the handle and stainless finish.

• Preheat grill, dip brush in water, then scrub — steam helps lift residue.
• Work in small square sections to ensure even cleaning coverage.
• Rinse the brush and dry thoroughly after use to maintain appearance and longevity.

Who is this for? Home cooks and grill enthusiasts who want a long-lasting, safer alternative to traditional wire-bristle brushes will appreciate the Kona Safe/Clean. It’s a good match for owners of full-size porcelain, ceramic, infrared, or cast-iron grills who need a heavy-duty, bristle-free cleaner that won’t rust and comes with extended warranty coverage. Avoid this brush if you have a very small portable grill or extremely thin stainless-steel round grates where the triple-head design may be too large.
