KT Tape Pro Wide kinesiology tape, 10-count 10in precut 4in wide strips — synthetic, water-resistant hold

KT Tape Pro Wide delivers durable, double-wide synthetic kinesiology tape in ten 10-inch precut strips for lasting support of large muscles and the lower back.

Engineered for athletes and active people who need broader coverage and longer wear, KT Tape Pro Wide uses a 100% synthetic performance fabric and extra-strong adhesive to stay put through demanding activity. Each pack includes ten 10" long by 4" wide precut strips with rounded corners that reduce catch-and-peel. Use the KT App for guided application and customize strips by trimming when you need a narrower fit.

How does KT Tape Pro Wide help when I need coverage across large muscle areas?

The four-inch width spreads support over a larger surface so you can target broad muscle groups—like the lower back, quads, or lats—without piecing multiple strips together. Because the strips are precut and long, you save time and maintain a tidy fit under clothing.

• Double-wide 4" strips cover more area per application
• 10" length delivers reach across large anatomy without seams
• Precut pieces let you apply quickly and consistently
• Rounded corners minimize snags on clothing and lifting

Will the tape stay on during workouts, showers, or outdoor conditions?

KT Tape Pro Wide is built with a water-resistant synthetic face and a stronger elastic core, combined with an extra-strength adhesive designed to hold through sweat, humidity, and repeated movement. Expect multi-day wear when applied correctly and cared for according to instructions.

• Synthetic fibers are fast-drying and water resistant for showers and swimming
• Adhesive formulated for extended wear, typically multiple days
• Durability suitable for running, training sessions, and water sports
• Rounded edges reduce the chance of corners peeling up

How do I apply and customize these precut strips for different needs?

Strips are ready-to-use but can be trimmed if you need a narrower or shorter application. Use the KT App for step-by-step guidance tailored to common areas like the back, knee, shoulder, or foot. Proper skin prep and application technique help ensure the tape adheres and performs as intended.

• Use the KT App for guided taping protocols and visuals
• Cut strips into smaller widths or lengths for personalized fit
• Clean, dry skin before applying for best adhesion
• Follow removal guidance to protect skin integrity

Is KT Tape Pro Wide safe for sensitive skin and repeated use?

KT Tape Pro Wide is hypoallergenic and free from rubber and latex, designed to reduce common irritant triggers. While formulated for most skin types, it’s wise to test a small patch first if you have a history of skin sensitivity.

• Hypoallergenic construction reduces likelihood of reactions
• Latex- and rubber-free adhesive formulation
• Recommended patch test for people prone to irritation
• Gentle removal helps minimize skin stress

Who is this for? KT Tape Pro Wide is intended for athletes, trainers, physical therapists, and active people who need broader surface coverage and extended wear from a synthetic kinesiology tape. It’s especially useful when you want quick, reliable application across the lower back or other large muscle groups and prefer precut strips that hold up to showers, sweat, and repeated training sessions.
