Lasko 42" Oscillating Tower Fan with Remote — Quiet 3-Speed Cooling, 7.5-Hour Timer (Grey/Woodgrain)

The Lasko T42954 is a 42-inch oscillating tower fan that delivers quiet, customizable airflow with remote control, 60° oscillation, and a 7.5-hour timer for bedrooms, offices, and living spaces.

Designed and engineered in the USA, this slim Lasko tower fan balances strong circulation with low noise, making it suitable for sleep, work, and everyday comfort. The bladeless-style front grill and three-speed motor create a steady breeze while a nighttime mode dims LEDs and lowers speed to reduce distractions. Lightweight construction and a built-in handle let you move it between rooms; simple base assembly gets it ready quickly.

How does the Lasko tower fan keep a room evenly cooled?

The fan uses 60-degree oscillation to sweep air across a wide arc without leaving long gaps between passes, so the breeze returns often and feels consistent throughout small to medium rooms. You can also adjust the fan speed to match room size and activity level.

• 60-degree oscillation spreads airflow across the room instead of one fixed direction
• Three speed settings let you choose gentle, moderate, or powerful airflow
• Bladeless grill design provides steady, even circulation
• 42" height helps push air across chairs, desks, and beds

What controls and features are available for daily convenience?

Every T42954 includes a handheld remote that controls power, speed, oscillation, timer, and nighttime mode so you can make changes from across the room. The 7.5-hour programmable timer and nighttime setting let you schedule operation and reduce display brightness and speed for less disturbance while sleeping.

• Remote control for on/off, three speeds, oscillation, timer, and nighttime mode
• 7.5-hour timer to automate run time and conserve energy
• Nighttime mode dims LEDs and lowers fan speed for quieter operation
• Remote requires 2 AAA batteries (not included) for easy replacement

Is the fan easy to move, install, and maintain?

The lightweight tower slips into tight corners or beside furniture and includes a molded carry handle for simple transport. Assembly is minimal — attach the base — and the smooth exterior can be wiped clean without complicated disassembly.

• Lightweight design with integrated carry handle for room-to-room transport
• Quick base assembly gets it operating in minutes
• Smooth, bladeless-style grill wipes clean with a damp cloth
• ETL-listed for safety; built on Lasko’s long-standing fan experience

Who is this for? The Lasko T42954 is made for sleepers who need low-noise cooling, remote-control convenience for living rooms or offices, and anyone who wants portable, space-saving airflow without complicated installation. It suits apartments, bedrooms, home offices, dorms, and workout areas where steady, directed air matters but bulky fans are impractical.
