Luzianne Unsweetened Iced Tea Bags 144-Count (6 x 24) — Orange Pekoe Blend, Cold-Brew Ready

Luzianne Unsweetened Iced Tea Bags deliver a classic Southern-style iced tea flavor in convenient, specially blended bags designed for brewing a crisp, full-bodied pitcher every time.

Luzianne has been blending tea for over a century, sourcing leaves from multiple continents and crafting a formula originally developed in 1932 that’s optimized for iced tea. This pack contains six boxes of 24 unsweetened tea bags each, giving you reliable, consistent flavor when you brew at home. The blend emphasizes Orange Pekoe and Pekoe Cut black teas, selected and mixed to hold up to ice and dilution without losing character.

How is this tea blend different from regular black tea?

This Luzianne formula is blended specifically for iced tea, meaning the leaf types and cut produce a robust flavor that remains balanced when chilled and diluted. Unlike some hot-tea blends that taste thin after cooling, Luzianne is engineered to deliver bright, full-bodied notes even over ice.

• Contains Orange Pekoe and Pekoe Cut black teas for strength and clarity
• Leaf cut selected to extract brisk flavor quickly during cold-brewing or hot-brewing for ice
• Unchanged blend recipe since early 20th century, tuned for iced preparations

What are the best brewing methods for the unsweetened tea bags?

You can brew Luzianne unsweetened tea hot and pour over ice, or make a cold-brewed pitcher in the refrigerator; both deliver dependable results. Hot-brewing extracts flavor faster; cold-brew yields a smoother profile with less bitterness.

• Hot method: steep in hot water 3–5 minutes, pour over a full pitcher of ice to chill quickly
• Cold-brew: steep in cold water in the fridge for 6–12 hours for a milder, smoother cup
• Adjust steep time to taste—longer for stronger flavor, shorter for a lighter brew

Is this a sustainable choice and what does Rainforest Alliance mean here?

Some Luzianne iced tea products incorporate tea from Rainforest Alliance certified farms, supporting better environmental and social practices. While not every bag in every pack is certified, the brand reports that a significant portion of its tea supply is sourced from certified farms, reflecting steps toward sustainability.

• Portion of tea supply comes from Rainforest Alliance certified farms
• Certification supports improved farming practices and community benefits
• Check packaging for the Rainforest Alliance seal to identify certified batches

How much product do I get and how should I store it?

This listing includes six boxes, each with 24 unsweetened tea bags—144 tea bags total—suitable for regular home use or entertaining. Store unopened boxes in a cool, dry place away from strong odors to preserve the tea’s fresh aroma; once opened, reseal or transfer to an airtight container.

• Pack of 6 boxes × 24 bags = 144 tea bags total
• Keep in pantry or cupboard, away from moisture and strong smells
• Use within a reasonable period for peak flavor; airtight storage recommended
