Marbrasse Magnetic File Holder is a durable A4-size magnetic pocket that mounts to metal surfaces to keep papers, notebooks, markers and small office items tidy and within reach.

Keep countertops, refrigerators and filing cabinets free of loose papers with this compact magnetic organizer. Made from sturdy PP with a strong rear magnet, the pocket resists deformation and holds up to 2.2 lb, making it practical for everyday office or home use. The Marbrasse design fits A4-size documents and works well for receipts, planners, mail, whiteboard markers and small tools.

How does the magnetic holder attach and stay secure?

The Marbrasse pocket uses powerful built-in magnets on its back to cling firmly to steel surfaces without sliding. Because the magnets are integrated into the PP body, installation requires no hardware — just press the pocket onto a clean metal surface. It’s designed for stable vertical placement so items don’t slip out during normal use.

• Strong integrated magnets for secure attachment
• Quick, tool-free installation on fridges and file cabinets
• Holds up to 2.2 lb without shifting
• Works on any clean steel surface

What fits inside the pocket and how much will it hold?

This A4-size organizer accommodates full-size documents, notebooks, planners, and a handful of office supplies. The open-top pocket offers easy access to frequently used items like incoming mail, coupons, pens and small rulers. Its capacity supports typical desk clutter while keeping contents visible and accessible.

Is the material durable and easy to clean?

The holder is made from high-quality polypropylene (PP), chosen for toughness and resistance to warping over time. The smooth PP surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and doesn’t trap odors. Its construction is lightweight yet sturdy, so the pocket keeps shape even when holding tools or thicker stacks of paper.

• Wipe-clean surface for low maintenance
• No unpleasant odors; suitable for kitchen or office
• Lightweight design with reliable structural strength

Can it be used in different rooms and for varied tasks?

Yes — the Marbrasse magnetic file holder is versatile for multiple environments and uses. Mount it on the kitchen fridge to collect shopping lists and recipes, attach to a metal filing cabinet in the office for current projects, or place near a whiteboard to store markers and erasers. The neutral style blends into many spaces and helps reduce surface clutter anywhere magnetic surfaces exist.
