MARS WELLNESS Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift — Medium Pack of 2 Brown, Removable Layers for Heel Pain Relief

The MARS WELLNESS Premium Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift is a medium-height, two-piece set that instantly evens leg length and cushions the heel to relieve pressure during walking and sports.

This pair of brown heel lifts is made from high-quality rubber and features three removable 1/8" layers so you can fine-tune the lift height and cushioning. Designed for everyday wear in both athletic and dress shoes, the ergonomic shape supports the heel and helps redistribute force away from sore points like heel spurs and Achilles tendon irritations. The construction balances durability with comfort so you get reliable support without bulky volume inside your shoe.

How adjustable is the lift and how do I customize it?

You can tailor the height quickly by removing 0, 1, 2, or all 3 of the thin 1/8" layers inside each insert. This modular system lets you achieve subtle corrections for leg-length differences or build up more lift for extra cushioning.

• Three removable 1/8" layers for four distinct heights
• Medium size fits typical adult shoe widths and contours
• Trim-to-fit with scissors if small adjustments are needed

Will these heel lifts work in my sneakers or dress shoes?

The dense rubber material provides a low-profile, supportive pad that fits comfortably in most closed footwear. They are thin enough for dress shoes yet resilient enough for sports shoes, giving versatile use across activities.

• Durable rubber construction resists compression during activity
• Low-profile design compatible with athletic and dress shoes
• Flat base ensures stable placement without bunching

Can MARS WELLNESS heel lifts help with heel pain or Achilles discomfort?

These lifts reduce strain by elevating the rearfoot slightly and redistributing pressure away from painful heel areas. They are commonly used to ease symptoms from heel spurs, chronic heel pain, and mild Achilles tendon irritation when paired with proper footwear and activity adjustments.

• Helps reduce direct pressure on heel spurs and tender areas
• Alters ankle angle to ease tension on the Achilles tendon
• Useful alongside other conservative measures—rest, stretching, proper shoes

How do I know which size and quantity to choose?

This listing is a medium size sold as a pack of two in brown, suitable for most adult shoe sizes and for correcting small to moderate leg length discrepancies. If you need a more precise fit, measure the space in the heel area of your shoe and compare to the lift thickness after selecting removable layers.

• Pack includes two medium inserts—one per foot for balanced correction
• Medium fits common adult shoe shapes; trim if needed for narrow volumes
• Use single-side insertion if you only need unilateral correction

Who is this for: The MARS WELLNESS Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift is intended for adults needing simple, non-prescription heel elevation—people with mild leg-length differences, heel spurs, general heel pain, sports-related heel discomfort, or those wanting additional heel cushioning in both athletic and dress footwear. It’s a practical option for anyone seeking an adjustable, durable insert that combines support and discreet fit without committing to custom orthotics.
