MegaFood DHA & Choline Prenatal Liquid Capsules — 60 Lemon Liquid Softgels, 400 mg Algae DHA & 300 mg Choline

MegaFood Baby & Me 2 DHA & Choline provides 400 mg of algae-derived DHA and 300 mg of choline per daily serving in lemon-infused liquid capsules designed for prenatal and postnatal brain and eye nutrient support.

This specialized supplement pairs concentrated DHA from algae with a substantial dose of choline in a liquid-in-capsule format, created to complement prenatal and postnatal multivitamins. The product is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and crafted without nine common allergens, offering a convenient way to add targeted fatty acids and choline to a pregnancy or breastfeeding nutrition plan.

How does this DHA & choline blend support brain and eye development?

DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid associated with supporting retinal and neural structure, while choline contributes to cellular signaling and developmental processes. Together they supply nutrients commonly recommended during pregnancy and nursing to complement a balanced diet.

• 400 mg algae-derived DHA per suggested daily dose for neuro- and eye-focused nutrition support
• 300 mg choline to support cellular and cognitive-related nutrient needs
• Formulated to work alongside prenatal and postnatal multivitamins, not replace them

What makes the liquid-in-capsule format beneficial for busy parents?

The liquid-in-softgel design concentrates oils for efficient delivery while keeping the liquid sealed until swallowed, reducing taste exposure and making the dose easy to take with food or beverage. Lemon oil is included to create a milder sensory profile.

• Two softgels per day taken with food—simple to add to morning or evening routines
• Sealed liquid core minimizes aftertaste compared with some liquid supplements
• Portable capsule size for travel or on-the-go intake

Is this product suitable for dietary restrictions and safety considerations?

This formula is vegan and manufactured without common allergens, offering an option for those avoiding animal-sourced DHA or specific foods. It's third-party tested for many chemical contaminants to support ingredient integrity; consult a healthcare professional for individual dosing guidance.

• Vegan DHA sourced from algae rather than fish oil
• Free from milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, and sesame
• Non-GMO, gluten-free, and screened for a wide panel of contaminants

How should I take these capsules and combine them with other prenatal supplements?

The recommended adult dose is two liquid capsules taken any time of day with food and a beverage. This product is intended to complement prenatal and postnatal multivitamins—use it alongside a comprehensive prenatal formula if you need broader vitamin and mineral coverage.

• Take two capsules daily with a meal and water or other beverage
• Designed to pair with a full prenatal multivitamin rather than replace it
• Consult your healthcare provider if you are taking medication or have specific medical concerns
