Meliusly Full Size Bunkie Board 54x75 — 0.4" Low-Profile Under-Mattress Support, Heavy Duty Rigidity

The Meliusly Heavy Duty Bunkie Board Full (54x75) is a slim, rigid under-mattress support that prevents sagging and creates a continuous sleeping surface without raising bed height.

If your mattress dips between widely spaced slats or you want to meet manufacturer slat-spacing recommendations, this full-size bunkie board is built to bridge gaps and stabilize your mattress. At only 0.4 inches thick, it slips under the mattress to provide a firm, even base while remaining virtually invisible under sheets. Constructed with a high-density 10mm twin-wall core, wrapped in breathable oxford fabric and backed with silicone grip, it’s designed for low profile performance, quiet use, and easy installation.

How does this bunkie board stop my mattress from sagging?

The board creates a flat, continuous plane under the mattress so foam and springs don’t sink into slat gaps. Its higher-density core resists bending, distributing weight evenly across the frame and reducing pressure points.

• 10mm twin-wall core for enhanced rigidity
• Bridges slat gaps up to 10 inches
• Compatible with foam, latex, hybrid, and innerspring mattresses
• Prevents uneven wear and prolongs mattress life

Will this raise my bed or change how my sheets fit?

Because the Meliusly board is only 0.4 inches thick, it does not noticeably increase mattress height or alter fitted-sheet fit. It remains hidden beneath the mattress so your bed’s look and feel stay the same.

• Ultra-low profile of 0.4 inches
• No visible edges under fitted sheets
• Maintains existing bed height and aesthetics
• Sized to match standard full mattress dimensions exactly

Is installation difficult and will it slip or make noise?

Installation takes less than a minute and requires no tools: unfold or place the panel(s) on the slats and set the mattress back in place. The oxford fabric eliminates creaks, while silicone grip on the underside helps the board stay put.

• 60-second setup — no tools needed
• Noise-reducing fabric cover prevents metal-on-wood sound
• Silicone bottom grip reduces shifting
• Single-piece for Twin/Twin XL, dual panels for Full and larger sizes

Will this work with my bed frame and mattress warranty?

The board is intended to be used on frames or slatted foundations; it requires an underlying support structure such as slats or metal bars. By closing large gaps, it helps meet manufacturer slat-spacing recommendations and supports mattress warranties that stipulate closely spaced slats.

• Requires slats or metal frame beneath the board
• Designed for slat gaps up to 10 inches — many warranties demand under 3 inches
• Breathable, moisture-resistant construction avoids sealed-wood hygiene issues
• Capacity depends on the strength of your bed’s support structure

Who this is for: The Meliusly Heavy Duty Bunkie Board Full is ideal for anyone with a full-size mattress that droops between slats, people who want to preserve mattress comfort and warranty coverage, and homeowners seeking a discreet, tool-free fix that doesn’t alter bed height. It’s a practical choice for foam, latex, hybrid, or innerspring mattresses on frames where slats are too widely spaced and for households looking for quiet, low-profile reinforcement that’s simple to install and maintain.
