MERACH Curved Vibration Plate CV40 — 13mm Amplitude, 200 kg Capacity with Bluetooth Speakers

The MERACH CV40 is a curved vibration plate exercise machine designed for home use that delivers powerful 13mm amplitude vibrations, supports up to 440 lbs, and offers Bluetooth speakers, resistance bands, and multiple speed modes for versatile workouts.

Compact but robust, the CV40 blends high-intensity vibration with smart features for a range of strength, balance, and mobility routines. Its curved platform and textured silicone pedals are built to stabilize your stance while the intelligent sensors, remote control, and preset modes make adjusting intensity quick and straightforward. At 23.15 lbs and measuring 28.4"×15"×6.3", it fits most living spaces yet supports heavier users thanks to a reinforced frame and non-slip base.

How does the 13mm amplitude affect my workouts?

The 13mm large amplitude generates deeper, higher-energy vibrations than lower-amplitude plates, producing pronounced oscillation across the platform. This creates stronger stimulation during short sessions and can be useful for warm-ups, cooldowns, or adding intensity to bodyweight moves without extra equipment.

• 13mm amplitude for deeper vibration transfer
• Curved plate shape concentrates motion where you stand
• Suitable for dynamic standing, squats, and plank variations

What safety and stability features does the MERACH CV40 include?

Safety is addressed through an intelligent auto-sensing system that powers the unit when you step on it and pauses after 30 seconds of inactivity. The wide base, non-slip feet, and textured silicone pedals keep the plate steady during vigorous routines, while a 440 lb capacity accommodates heavier users and partnered exercises.

• Automatic on/off sensor to prevent accidental operation
• Non-slip base and textured pedals for secure footing
• 440 lb maximum load rating for reinforced stability

Which training modes and controls will I use most often?

The CV40 offers one preset mode plus ten adjustable speed levels, accessible via a handheld remote or the LED display. Bluetooth connectivity and built-in speakers let you pair a phone for music, while the resistance bands expand options for upper- and lower-body strength work.

• 1 preset mode for quick-start sessions
• 10 speed levels to progress intensity gradually
• Remote control and LED display for easy adjustments
• Bluetooth audio and speakers to play workout playlists

How portable and space-efficient is this vibration plate?

At just over 23 pounds and with compact dimensions, the CV40 is easy to move and store under furniture or in a closet when not in use. Its low profile makes it suitable for apartments, home gyms, or hybrid workspaces where floor space is limited, while the durable casing resists wear from frequent transport.

• Measures 28.4"×15"×6.3" for tight spaces
• Weighs 23.15 lbs for simple relocation
• Low-profile design fits under sofas or beds
