Mezcla Matcha Vanilla Protein Bars — 12-Pack Vegan Gluten-Free, 10g Plant Protein, Puff-Crispy Texture

Mezcla Matcha Vanilla Protein Bars are plant-based, gluten-free snack bars delivering 10 grams of pea protein in a matcha-and-vanilla flavored, puff-crispy bar.

These bars combine crunchy pea crisps and quinoa for an airy texture, a creamy bottom coating, pumpkin seeds for texture, and real vanilla and matcha for bright, layered flavor. Each 12-pack offers a grab-and-go option for breakfasts, workouts, or afternoon energy boosts without dairy, gluten, or artificial additives. Mezcla also donates a portion of bar sales to The Hunger Project, supporting global food security efforts.

What makes the texture of these bars stand out?

Mezcla builds each bar on a light puff-crispy base of crunchy pea crisps blended with quinoa, giving a distinct airy crunch that contrasts with a smooth, creamy bottom coating. The interplay of textures makes every bite feel satisfying without being overly dense or sticky.

• Puff-crispy base from pea crisps and quinoa for an airy crunch
• Creamy bottom coating for smooth mouthfeel
• Pumpkin seeds add intermittent crunch and nutty notes
• Sea salt balances flavor and reduces sweetness perception

How much protein and what sources are in each bar?

Each Mezcla bar supplies 10 grams of complete plant protein using a combination of crunchy pea crisps and concentrated pea protein powder. This plant-first protein blend helps support satiety and refueling needs without animal ingredients.

• 10 g plant protein per bar
• Primary sources: pea crisps and pea protein powder
• No dairy—suitable for vegan diets
• Also gluten-free and non-GMO

What flavor profile should I expect from Matcha Vanilla?

The Matcha Vanilla bar marries the earthy, grassy notes of matcha with warm, real vanilla extract for a balanced, slightly sweet flavor. Pumpkin seeds and a hint of sea salt round out the taste with subtle savory and toasted accents.

• Earthy matcha for green-tea brightness
• Real vanilla adds mellow, sweet aromatics
• Pumpkin seeds contribute toasted, nutty texture
• Sea salt enhances overall flavor complexity

Are these bars made with clean ingredients and any certifications?

Mezcla emphasizes whole-food ingredients and avoids artificial colors, flavors, or fillers—resulting in a clean-label snack that fits many dietary preferences. The bars are vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, kosher, and plant-based, making them suitable for a wide range of consumers.
