Micro Ingredients Vitamin D3 50,000 IU + K2 MK-7 Weekly Softgels, 240 Count — Virgin Coconut Oil & Non-GMO

Micro Ingredients Vitamin D3 50,000 IU + K2 MK-7 200 mcg are weekly coconut-oil softgels that combine high-strength cholecalciferol with MK-7 to support effective fat-soluble nutrient absorption.

This product pairs a concentrated dose of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) with menaquinone-7 (K2 MK-7) inside virgin coconut oil softgels for improved uptake. Each softgel contains a single, once-per-week serving of 50,000 IU D3 and 200 mcg K2, and the pouch holds 240 mini softgels intended for family or long-term use. The formula is non-GMO and free from common allergens like soy, dairy, and gluten, and undergoes third-party lab testing for quality.

How often should I take these softgels and why is the dose so large?

The product is formulated as a high-potency weekly dose — one softgel supplies the full 50,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 200 mcg of K2. This schedule reduces daily pill burden while delivering the equivalent cumulative weekly intake of lower-dose daily supplements.

• Recommended use: one softgel per week for adults.
• High single-dose format designed for convenience and adherence.
• 240 softgels provide extended supply for individuals or families.

Why is coconut oil included and how does it help absorption?

D and K are fat-soluble vitamins that are absorbed more effectively when taken with dietary fat. Virgin coconut oil supplies medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) that support rapid digestion and can enhance the bioavailability of fat-soluble nutrients in the supplement.

• Virgin coconut oil MCTs aid uptake of vitamins D3 and K2.
• Softgel format delivers the nutrients suspended in a fat matrix for better absorption.
• Smaller softgels are designed to be easy to swallow compared with larger capsules.

What form of vitamin K and D does this product use and why does that matter?

Vitamin D3 is provided as cholecalciferol and vitamin K is supplied as MK‑7, a long‑chain menaquinone. These forms are commonly used in supplements because they are stable and well-suited to support sustained circulating levels when used as directed.

• D3 = cholecalciferol, a widely used and bioavailable form of vitamin D.
• K2 = MK‑7, a long‑acting menaquinone variant frequently chosen for supplements.
• Combined dosing in a fat carrier helps coordinate absorption of both nutrients.

What quality standards and ingredient restrictions apply to this product?

Micro Ingredients labels this product non-GMO and free from soy, dairy, gluten, preservatives, and artificial flavors. The brand states ingredients are subject to third-party laboratory testing to verify purity and potency, and the package displays an expiration date on the back.

• Non-GMO formulation with common allergen exclusions (soy, dairy, gluten).
• No added preservatives or flavors; third-party testing policy noted.
• Expiration date printed on product packaging for lot traceability.

Who is this for: This once-weekly high-strength formula is suited to adults seeking a convenient, family-size supply of vitamin D3 plus K2 in a fat-based softgel. It may appeal to buyers who prefer a concentrated dosing schedule, those who want MCT-based delivery for better absorption, or households that benefit from a larger quantity per purchase. As with any concentrated supplement, consult a healthcare professional before beginning a high-dose regimen to ensure it fits your individual needs and any existing treatments.
