NATURELO Vegan B12 Methylcobalamin 1000 mcg — 90 Vegan Capsules, High-Potency with Spirulina

NATURELO Vegan B12 delivers 1000 mcg of bioactive methylcobalamin per capsule in a clean, plant-based formula designed for vegans, vegetarians, and anyone needing a reliable B12 source.

Many people who follow plant-forward diets or have limited animal product intake can fall short of vitamin B12. This NATURELO supplement supplies methylcobalamin — the active, easily used form of B12 — combined with a whole-food spirulina complex to support daily nutritional needs. The capsules are vegan, non-GMO, and free from artificial colors, flavors, gluten, and soy, making them a straightforward option for those seeking a high-potency B12 without unnecessary additives.

How is this B12 different from standard cyanocobalamin supplements?

NATURELO uses methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin, so the body can use the vitamin directly without needing to convert it first. This can be preferable for people with certain genetic variations (like MTHFR) or anyone who wants a form closer to what's naturally used in human metabolism.

• Contains methylcobalamin — the active, methylated form of B12
• 1000 mcg potency for convenient dosing
• No need for metabolic conversion before use
• Fermentation-derived, suitable for vegan diets

When should I take NATURELO Vegan B12 and how much?

One capsule provides a full 1000 mcg dose, which many people take daily to maintain steady B12 levels. Some users prefer to take it with a meal for comfort; because it’s a high potency supplement, follow label directions or consult a healthcare professional if you plan to adjust frequency.

• Typical use: one capsule daily as a dietary supplement
• Can be taken with food for easier digestion
• High potency suitable for weekly or daily regimens as advised
• Consult a healthcare provider for personalized dosing

What else is in the formula besides methylcobalamin?

Alongside methylcobalamin, the formula includes an organic spirulina whole-food complex that supplies additional plant-based B vitamins, minerals, and protein support. The product intentionally avoids fillers and common allergens to keep the ingredient list short and focused.

• Organic spirulina adds natural B vitamins, iron, and trace minerals
• Made without gluten, soy, GMOs, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives
• Fermentation-sourced B12 appropriate for vegans and vegetarians
• Capsules are free from animal-derived ingredients

Will this supplement cause side effects or interact with medications?

Vitamin B12 is generally well tolerated and typically causes few side effects when taken at recommended amounts, but individuals with specific health conditions or on certain medications should check with a clinician first. If you experience unusual symptoms after starting any new supplement, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

• Generally well tolerated in healthy adults at suggested doses
• Check with a healthcare professional if pregnant, nursing, or taking medications
• Stop use and seek advice if adverse reactions occur
• Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet or medical care

Who this is for: NATURELO Vegan B12 is aimed at vegans, vegetarians, older adults, and anyone who wants a high-potency, methylated B12 in a clean formula. It's a practical choice for those managing dietary gaps, people with absorption concerns, or anyone seeking a non-GMO, allergen-free supplement to support normal energy metabolism and nervous system function as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.
