NBRINGO 265-Piece AC O-Ring & Gasket Seal Kit for R134a — 30 Sizes in Clear Organiser Case, Bonded Washers

The NBRINGO 265-piece AC O-ring & gasket seal kit is a comprehensive set of compressor port washers, bonded seals, line gaskets and O-rings designed to replace worn A/C seals on R134a systems.

If you service vehicle air conditioning or perform DIY repairs, having the right assortment of seals and washers saves time and avoids repeated trips to the parts store. This kit organizes 265 components — metal bonded washers, rubber O-rings and flat gaskets — across 30 sizes in a clear plastic case so you can identify and swap seals for common compressor ports, hose fittings, and condenser or evaporator connections.

Which parts are included and how comprehensive is the set?

The kit contains 265 individual pieces covering 30 different sizes and types of AC seals and gaskets, including bonded washers, line seals, compressor port seals, and assorted O-rings compatible with R134a systems. Items are labeled and stored in individual compartments for quick retrieval during repairs.

• 265 total parts across 30 sizes (bonded washers, O-rings, flat gaskets)
• Includes common part codes such as AC O Ring, BC-6001 through BC-6010 variants
• Clear plastic organizer case with separate compartments for each type

How durable and reliable are the components for long-term use?

Parts are made from thickened metal and high-grade rubber with smooth, burr-free finishes to resist wear and provide consistent sealing under typical automotive conditions. The bonded washers and properly sized O-rings reduce the risk of refrigerant leaks when installed correctly.

• Thickened metal bonded washers for improved crush resistance
• High-grade rubber O-rings formulated for refrigerant compatibility
• Burr-free machining to ease installation and improve sealing

Which repairs and systems can this kit handle?

This seal assortment is intended for R134a automotive air conditioning systems, suitable for compressor ports, hose fittings, condenser and evaporator gaskets, and other service joints. It supports routine maintenance, gasket replacement after line disassembly, and many medium complexity A/C repairs where the original seals are worn or missing.

• Compressor port and banjo bolt replacements
• Line and hose fitting reseals during component swaps
• Condenser, evaporator or receiver/drier gasket replacement jobs

How should I choose the correct size and install the seals?

Confirm the OEM or service manual seal sizes for your vehicle, then match the diameter and thickness to the kit compartments. Clean mating surfaces, lubricate O-rings lightly with compatible refrigerant oil, and torque fasteners to manufacturer specifications to ensure proper compression of bonded washers.

• Verify OEM part numbers or measure existing seals before selecting
• Use a small amount of PAG or POE oil for O-ring seating when appropriate
• Tighten bolts to vehicle torque specs to avoid under- or over-crushing
