Nespresso Vertuo Espresso Pods 40-Count — Bold Variety Pack with Diavolitto (Intensity 11) & Altissio (Intensity 9)

Nespresso Vertuo Bold Variety Pack delivers 40 aluminum espresso capsules—20 Diavolitto (Intensity 11) and 20 Altissio (Intensity 9)—designed for rich, crema-rich 1.35 oz espresso shots.

Whether you prefer an aggressively bold cup or a rounded, creamy shot, this Nespresso Vertuo assortment gives two distinct espresso profiles in one box. The Diavolitto capsules blend South American Arabicas with Central American Robustas for a very intense, powerful flavor, while Altissio mixes Arabica and Robusta beans for a velvety, full-bodied experience. Each capsule is made from recyclable aluminum and engineered for the VertuoLine extraction system to produce consistent crema and temperature in compact 1.35 oz servings.

What makes Diavolitto different from Altissio?

Diavolitto is formulated for maximum intensity and a punchy flavor profile, marked at intensity 11. Altissio is milder at intensity 9 and emphasizes a creamy mouthfeel and balanced body. Both use blends of Arabica and Robusta beans but in different roast levels and proportions to achieve their signatures.

• Diavolitto: South American Arabica + Central American Robusta for high intensity.
• Altissio: Arabica-Robusta blend optimized for creaminess and body.
• Both: Packaged in aluminum capsules for freshness and VertuoLine compatibility.

How does the VertuoLine brewing system use these capsules?

The VertuoLine reads each capsule's barcode to adjust extraction parameters—spin speed, water volume, and temperature—so every shot is brewed to the capsule's design. That means reliable crema, correct strength, and repeatable taste whether you select Diavolitto or Altissio.

• Automatic barcode recognition tailors brew cycle per capsule.
• Engineered for 1.35 oz traditional espresso shots with thick crema.
• Consistent temperature and extraction for uniform results cup after cup.

Are these capsules recyclable and eco-friendly?

Yes. The capsules are made of aluminum and accepted in Nespresso's recycling program or local aluminum recycling streams where available. Recycling aluminum reduces raw material consumption and supports circular resource use, which is a simple step toward less waste from single-serve coffee.

• Aluminum construction preserves flavor and is recyclable.
• Nespresso recycling bags and drop-off points simplify collection.
• Recycling helps reduce landfill waste and conserve materials.

How should I store these pods to keep taste peak?

Store capsules in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors to maintain optimal freshness. Keep the sealed box until use and avoid humid areas like beside a stove or sink; aluminum protects the coffee but storage still matters for best flavor.

• Keep in original packaging until use to preserve freshness.
• Store in a cupboard or pantry away from heat and moisture.
• Use within a reasonable time for peak aromatic and flavor notes.

Who is this for: This 40-count Nespresso Vertuo pack suits espresso lovers who want both an intense, high-impact option (Diavolitto) and a creamy, balanced alternative (Altissio) without committing to separate boxes. It's appropriate for homes or small offices using VertuoLine machines, people who prefer the convenience of single-serve capsules, and anyone who values recyclable packaging and consistent espresso extraction.
