New Country Organics Corn-Free Classic Layer Chicken Feed — 11.3 kg Bag, 17% Protein, Organic & Soy-Free

New Country Organics Corn-Free Classic Layer is a certified organic, corn-free and soy-free 25 lb layer feed delivering 17% protein to support laying hens’ daily nutritional needs.

Designed for backyard flocks and small-scale farms, this New Country Organics formula uses North American certified organic grains and targeted additions like probiotics and kelp to support egg production, digestion, and shell strength. The blend avoids corn and soy to lower starch levels and help birds stay comfortable in warmer weather while remaining Non-GMO. Packaged in a convenient 25 lb bag, the feed is intended as a complete diet for adult laying hens.

How does this feed support egg production and shell quality?

The formulation supplies a reliable 17% minimum protein content and focuses on ingredients that contribute to nutrient-dense eggs and stronger shells. Added kelp provides trace minerals while probiotics help nutrient absorption—both important for consistent laying.

• Guaranteed minimum 17% crude protein for maintenance and production
• Kelp for natural mineral support
• Probiotics to assist digestive efficiency and nutrient uptake
• Formulated for laying hens as a complete daily diet

Why choose a corn-free and soy-free layer feed?

Removing corn and soy lowers starch levels and offers an alternative grain profile for keepers who prefer or require these exclusions. The lower-starch approach can help birds regulate body temperature in hot climates and reduce dependence on common commodity ingredients.

• Reduced starch load compared with corn-based feeds
• Good option for flocks with dietary preferences or sensitivities
• Supports comfort during warm weather by limiting high-energy starch
• Blended on shared equipment — review allergen guidance if necessary

What extra benefits come with this organic formula?

Certified organic grains and a Non-GMO supply chain are core benefits for customers seeking cleaner feed sources. The recipe includes supportive additives—like probiotics and kelp—without relying on corn or soy as primary ingredients.

• North American certified organic grains
• Non-GMO ingredients throughout the mix
• Probiotics for gut health and feed efficiency
• Complementary products available (grit, oyster shell, treats) for full-flock care

How should I use this feed for the best results?

Offer this product as the main daily ration to adult laying hens, following general feeding guidelines for your flock size and environment. Provide constant access to clean water and, if desired, supplement with oyster shell or grit for calcium and digestion—available from the same brand.

• Feed ad libitum to laying hens as a complete diet
• Ensure fresh water is always available
• Supplement calcium with oyster shell if needed for extra shell strength
• Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness
