NICEPEOPLE Adjustable Weight Bench for Home Gym — 299 kg Capacity, Foldable 8-Position Backrest

The NICEPEOPLE Adjustable Weight Bench is a compact, foldable home-gym bench built from alloy steel with a 660 lbs capacity and eight backrest positions for incline, flat, and decline training.

This bench is engineered for apartment and small-space workouts, combining a long 29.3" backrest, high-density padding, and a reinforced triangular frame to deliver stability and comfort across pressing, dumbbell, and core movements. It folds down quickly for storage, includes leveling foot caps for uneven floors, and is tested through durability cycles to support regular strength training at home.

How does the 8-angle backrest improve my workouts?

Multiple backrest settings let you target chest, shoulders, arms, and abs from different angles so you can vary intensity without switching equipment. The fast-adjust groove and fixed seat support make transitions smooth and keep your position stable during heavier lifts.

• Eight incline/decline/flat positions for exercise variety
• Fast-adjust groove for quick changes between sets
• Fixed seat support to maintain posture and reduce shifting
• Long backrest for fuller head and upper-back support

Is the bench durable and safe for heavier lifts?

The frame is built from superior alloy steel and reinforced with a triangular support design to minimize flex under load. With a rated 660 lbs capacity and over 8,000 durability cycles in testing, the bench is suited for consistent strength training when paired with appropriate technique and spotter practices.

• 660 lbs rated load capacity for bench press and dumbbells
• Reinforced triangular frame for improved rigidity
• Non-slip leveling foot caps to reduce wobble on uneven floors
• Durability-tested through thousands of cycles

How comfortable and low-maintenance is the padding?

High-density cushioning and textured, wear-resistant leatherette offer sweat resistance and reduce slipping during sessions. The cover wipes clean easily, and the extended backrest length supports neck and head alignment for more comfortable reps and sit-ups.

• Textured, easy-to-clean leather material resists sweat buildup
• High-density foam for long-term comfort and support
• 29.3" backrest fits most users for full upper-body coverage
• Wear-resistant surface holds up to frequent use

How compact is it for storage and how quickly does it assemble?

The bench folds with a one-step pin removal and collapses to a compact 30.7" x 16.3" x 9.25" footprint, letting you slide it under a bed or tuck it in a closet. Assembly is designed to be simple and fast, supported by a clear manual and an installation video so you can be ready in minutes.

• One-step fold design for quick compact storage
• Folded dimensions suitable for under-bed or corner storage
• Clear user manual plus installation video for fast setup
• Rotatable leveling feet for secure placement on imperfect floors
