Ninja Hot & Iced XL Coffee Maker CM371, Black — Rapid Cold Brew, 12-Cup Carafe

The Ninja Hot & Iced XL (CM371) is an all-in-one coffee maker that brews hot, over-ice, and rapid cold brew in multiple sizes without pods.

Whether you want a single morning cup, a travel mug for commuting, or a full carafe for sharing, this Ninja machine offers flexible brew styles and sizes. It combines temperature control and an advanced extraction system to deliver consistent flavor and lets you prepare bold iced coffee or a smooth cold brew quickly. The removable reservoir and auto-metering simplify filling, while a 24-hour delay option and a keep-warm function streamline your routine.

How does this brewer handle both hot and iced coffee?

The CM371 is engineered to produce proper hot coffee and strong, concentrated coffee for iced drinks so the flavor stays bold when poured over ice. A dedicated Over Ice mode adjusts extraction to compensate for dilution, and ThermoFlavor extraction maintains ideal temperature and saturation during the brew cycle.

• Over Ice setting optimizes strength for poured-over-ice drinks.
• Thermal Flavor Extraction balances temperature and saturation for consistent taste.
• Cold Brew mode creates smooth, low-acidity cold coffee fast.
• Permanent filter included for straightforward brewing without paper filters.

What sizes and serving options are available for different needs?

This machine adapts to a wide range of serving needs, from a single small cup to an extra-large travel mug or a 12-cup carafe. It also lets you select quarter, half, or full carafe volumes so you only brew what you need, helping reduce waste and speed up preparation.

• 8 brew sizes: small cup to XL travel mug and three carafe volume options.
• Single-serve compatibility for quick personal cups without pods.
• 12-cup glass carafe included for group servings.
• Auto-metering reservoir prevents overfilling and measures water automatically.

How fast is the rapid cold brew function and what should I expect?

Rapid Cold Brew produces chilled, smooth coffee far quicker than traditional overnight methods. Instead of long steeping, this system uses a concentrated extraction approach to deliver cold-brew-style flavor in as little as ten minutes, ideal for busy mornings or last-minute iced coffee cravings.

• Cold Brew mode yields smooth, chilled coffee in about 10 minutes.
• Concentrated extraction gives low-acidity, fuller flavor suitable over ice.
• Works with ground coffee—no pods required—using the included Ninja Smart Scoop.
• Produces bold iced coffee that resists watering down when poured over ice.

What convenience features help with everyday use and cleanup?

The CM371 includes several user-friendly elements: a removable water reservoir for easy filling, an auto-metering system that detects water amount, and a permanent reusable filter to reduce disposable waste. Programmable options like a 24-hour delay brew and a keep-warm plate make it simple to fit the machine into morning routines.

• Removable reservoir makes refilling simple and mess-free.
• Auto-metering senses water level so you don’t need to measure repeatedly.
• 24-hour delay brew lets you schedule coffee in advance.
• Included accessories: 12-cup glass carafe, permanent filter, and Ninja Smart Scoop.
