Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo 1% Ketoconazole, 207 ml — Fresh Scent, Gentle on Colour-Treated Hair

Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo is a 1% ketoconazole formula that fights the fungus linked to dandruff while leaving hair with a fresh scent.

Designed for both men and women, this 7 fl oz shampoo targets the underlying cause of flaking, scaling, and itching rather than only masking symptoms. The active ingredient, ketoconazole 1%, is the only over-the-counter antifungal in its category and is formulated to be gentle enough for color-treated and chemically processed hair. Use as directed for treatment and prevention of dandruff and enjoy a clean, refreshed scalp between washes.

How does Nizoral tackle dandruff at the source?

Nizoral contains ketoconazole 1%, an antifungal agent that reduces the yeast often associated with dandruff. Instead of just soothing visible flakes, it helps control the microbe balance on the scalp that contributes to recurrent flaking and irritation.

• Ketoconazole 1% active ingredient targets scalp fungus linked to dandruff.
• Clinically studied antifungal action vs. symptom-only formulas.
• Suitable for periodic treatment and longer-term maintenance.

Will this shampoo work on color-treated or processed hair?

Yes — Nizoral is formulated to be gentle on a variety of hair types, including color-treated, highlighted, or chemically processed hair. It cleanses the scalp without unnecessarily stripping hair of its color or natural oils when used as directed.

• Safe for use on colored and gray hair when following instructions.
• Balanced cleansing to remove flakes without over-drying.
• Fresh scent leaves hair smelling clean after rinsing.

How often should I use Nizoral for best results?

Follow the product directions, which typically recommend using the shampoo at regular intervals during treatment, then reducing frequency for maintenance. Many users see improvement after a few applications, but consistency helps control recurrence.

• Use as directed on the label for treatment phase consistency.
• Switch to a maintenance schedule to keep symptoms controlled.
• Consult product instructions for timing between washes.

What practical benefits can I expect from this bottle size?

The 7 fl oz bottle is a compact option ideal for trial, travel, or targeted use without committing to a larger container. It offers enough product to assess effectiveness while fitting easily into shower storage or a toiletry bag.

• 7 fl oz is travel-friendly and convenient for short-term use.
• Easy to store in small bathrooms or gym bags.
• Concentrated formulation means a little goes a long way per use.
