NOW Foods Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder — 227 g vegan, highly absorbable magnesium for enzyme & nervous system support

NOW Foods Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder is a highly absorbable form of magnesium bound to glycine, designed to support enzyme activity and nervous system function when mixed into water or juice.

This powdered magnesium supplement delivers elemental magnesium chelated to the amino acid glycine to promote easier intestinal uptake than some mineral forms. Magnesium plays a role in hundreds of enzymatic reactions in the body, including energy production, protein and fatty acid synthesis, glucose metabolism, and pathways that influence muscle and nerve activity. NOW Foods packages this vegan, non-GMO powder in an 8-ounce container with GMP quality assurance and multiple allergen-free certifications for straightforward daily use.
