OCTOROX Spiky Massage Balls Set — 3-inch Firm, Medium & Soft Roller for Feet, Back & Muscle Relief

OCTOROX Spiky Massage Balls are a portable trio of 3-inch textured massage balls (firm, medium, soft) designed to release tightness in feet, back, hands, and muscles with targeted pressure control.

Whether you want a focused acupressure roll for sore feet after a long day, a compact tool to ease muscle knots, or a gentle stimulator for sensitive areas, this set provides three intensities so you can pick the right feel. Each ball features short, durable spikes that reach fascia and soft tissue while remaining easy to grip and clean. The non-toxic, odorless material withstands repeated use and tucks into gym bags, drawers, or travel kits.

How do I choose between the firm, medium, and soft balls?

Select intensity based on sensitivity and desired depth: the firm ball delivers deeper stimulation for well-conditioned tissue, the medium ball fits everyday maintenance and general soreness, and the soft ball offers gentle contact suited to sensitive spots or beginners. Start with the softer option and progress as your comfort and tolerance increase.

• Firm: deep tissue stimulation for tight muscles
• Medium: balanced pressure for routine use
• Soft: gentle touch for delicate areas or recovery

How can I use these balls to relieve foot discomfort or plantar heel tightness?

Roll a ball under your foot while seated or standing to stimulate arch and heel tissue; increase pressure or duration to intensify the effect. Use several short sessions throughout the day instead of a single long session to avoid overdoing it. These balls are small enough to use barefoot at home, in the office, or after workouts.

• Seated roll: place under arch and move heel-to-toes for 1–3 minutes
• Standing pressure: use body weight to adjust intensity safely
• Targeted hold: press and hold on a tender point for 20–30 seconds

What techniques work best for back, shoulder, and hand tension?

For the back, lie on the floor with a ball under the spine-paraspinal muscles and gently move to find and release tight spots; maintain control and avoid direct pressure on the spine. For shoulders and hands, use small, controlled rolls and fingertip pressure to work trigger points and restore mobility.

• Upper back: bridge position with ball under tight muscle, roll slowly
• Shoulders: wall-assisted rolling to control pressure and angle
• Hands: press and roll across palm and between fingers for relief

How do I care for and transport the spiky massage balls?

Wipe the balls clean with mild soap and water and let them air dry; the non-toxic, odorless material resists residue so cleaning is quick. Their tennis-ball size and light weight make them easy to carry in a bag or keep on a desk for frequent use.

• Cleaning: gentle soap, rinse, air dry
• Storage: small pouch or drawer to prevent dust buildup
• Portability: fits gym bags, backpacks, and travel kits
