What does "zero sugar" mean for this jerky and how does it taste?

Zero sugar on the label indicates no added sugars in the recipe, so the flavor relies on savory spices and natural smoke rather than sweeteners. The result is a slightly smoky, mildly seasoned profile with a hint of natural meat sweetness, not a candy-like finish.
