Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla Ice Cream, 907 g — 24g Protein, Low Sugar

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey in Vanilla Ice Cream is a fast-absorbing whey protein powder that delivers 24 grams of whey protein per serving to support recovery and daily protein goals.

This two-pound tub combines whey protein isolates as the leading ingredient with ultra-filtered whey concentrate to provide a high-protein, low-sugar shake. Formulated for easy mixing, it supplies essential amino acids including naturally occurring BCAAs, making it a versatile option for post-workout recovery, between-meal protein boosts, or when you need a quick, reliable source of complete protein.

How much protein and amino support will I get per serving?

Each scoop supplies 24 grams of protein primarily from whey isolates, alongside naturally occurring branched-chain amino acids and other essential amino acids. That balance helps deliver the building blocks athletes and active people rely on after exercise or during protein-focused meal plans.

• 24 g total protein per scoop, sourced from whey.
• About 5.5 g naturally occurring BCAAs per serving.
• Approximately 11 g of naturally occurring essential amino acids (EAAs).

Will this fit into a low-sugar, low-carb nutrition plan?

Yes — the formula is designed to be low in sugars, carbohydrates, and fats so it pairs well with lean-muscle or calorie-conscious strategies. Because whey isolate is the primary ingredient, many of the non-protein components are reduced, leaving a concentrated protein profile with minimal extras.

• About 1 g sugar per serving, supporting lower-sugar diets.
• Roughly 3 g total carbs, suitable for controlled-carb approaches.
• Low fat content, making it compatible with cutting or weight-management goals.

How easy is it to mix and use during busy days?

The powder is instantized for smooth blending, which dissolves quickly in water, milk, or a smoothie base with minimal clumping. It works with a spoon, shaker bottle, or blender, so you can prepare a shake in seconds at the gym, at home, or on the go.

• Instantized texture for quick mixing without lumps.
• Compatible with water, dairy, plant milks, or smoothies.
• Fine for use in shakes, recipes, or post-workout drinks.
