Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass Weight Gainer Powder, Vanilla 2.72 kg — 1,200+ Calories & 50g Protein

Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass is a high-calorie weight gainer powder that delivers over 1,200 calories, 50 g of blended protein, and 250+ g of carbohydrates per two-scoop serving to support focused mass and calorie increases.

Whether you're struggling to add pounds, recovering from intense training, or planning a dedicated bulking phase, Serious Mass provides a concentrated, mixable shake designed to help raise daily caloric intake without relying solely on whole foods. The formula combines fast and slow proteins, a large carbohydrate base, and added vitamins and minerals so you can tailor shakes with milk, nut butters, or fruit to meet specific calorie targets.

How many calories and macronutrients are in one serving?

Each two-scoop serving supplies a calorie-dense profile intended for rapid calorie increase. It pairs a 50 g blended protein dose with a very high carbohydrate allotment to support energy replenishment and weight gain when combined with resistance training.

• Calories: over 1,200 per 2-scoop serving (prepared as directed)
• Protein: 50 g of blended proteins per serving
• Carbohydrates: more than 249–250 g per serving
• Plus: 20+ vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin C and Zinc

How should I use Serious Mass to increase weight safely?

Use Serious Mass as a supplement to—not a replacement for—normal meals. Start with one serving per day between meals or post-workout, adjust serving size and added ingredients gradually, and pair with a regular resistance training program for optimal results.

• Mix with water or milk; use milk for extra calories and creaminess
• Add peanut butter, oats, banana, or full-fat yogurt to boost calories
• Begin with half a serving to assess tolerance, then increase as needed
• Consume alongside consistent strength-training for muscle adaptation

What flavor and mixing options are available for taste and texture?

The vanilla flavor is versatile and blends smoothly into many recipes. It accepts both sweet and savory pairings, so you can customize shakes to your preference while maintaining high-calorie output.

• Blend with whole milk and a banana for a creamy, natural-sweet shake
• Mix with coffee or cocoa powder for a richer flavor profile
• Use a blender for smooth consistency or a shaker for quicker preparation
• Combine with oats or ice to create thicker, meal-style smoothies

Are there added micronutrients or benefits beyond calories?

Serious Mass includes an array of vitamins and minerals to help maintain daily nutritional balance while increasing caloric intake. These micronutrients support general health and help round out the product as part of a broader nutrition strategy.

• Contains more than 20 essential vitamins and minerals
• Includes Vitamin C and Zinc among other key micronutrients
• Helps complement diets that may lack variety during bulking phases
• Produced by Optimum Nutrition under established quality control standards

Who is this for: Serious Mass is aimed at adults who need a reliable, high-calorie supplement to help them gain weight—particularly hard gainers, athletes in deliberate bulking cycles, or anyone who finds it difficult to eat enough whole-food calories alone. It is not intended as a sole food source; consult a healthcare professional if you have medical conditions, special dietary needs, or questions about interactions with medications.
