OUTDSPLY Outdoor Electrical Box IP54 Weatherproof Enclosure — Medium Black, Fits Power Strips up to 10.2"

This compact black enclosure balances roomy interior space with weatherproof protection so you can keep outdoor power connections dry, tidy and accessible. Built from reinforced polypropylene and rated IP54, the box resists rain, dust and temperature extremes while offering organized cable routing and quick installation. It fits power strips up to 10.2 inches long and accepts 12–16 gauge wiring through six rubber-gasket ports.

How does this box protect outdoors without being bulky?

The OUTDSPLY box uses an IP54 seal and a convex lid to divert water and block dust while remaining a mid-size unit that won’t dominate a patio or wall. Heavy-duty PP construction tolerates temperatures from -40°F to 200°F and the gasketed ports reduce moisture entry where cables pass through.

• IP54-rated housing shields against splashes and dust ingress.
• Convex lid forces runoff to prevent water pooling.
• Reinforced polypropylene shell for temperature resilience.
• Sealed rubber-gasket ports for each cable entry point.

Can it handle oversized adapters and multi-plug setups?

Yes — the internal footprint (10.6" x 4.7" x 3.9") is sized to accept power strips and large adapters, and ports are arranged to avoid overcrowding. The clamps hold flat and braided cords firmly so thick adapters or transformer bricks can sit inside without bending cables.

• Fits power strips under 10.2 inches in length.
• Interior space accommodates bulky adapters and transformers.
• Reinforced clamps lock thick or flat cords securely.
• Separate ports reduce cord entanglement and pressure points.

What cable sizes and management options are supported?

The enclosure accepts 12–16 AWG wire and up to six cables through Φ12mm rubber-gasket ports for a clean, safe routing. Built-in hook-and-loop straps and adjustable ties let you secure multiple cords inside, minimizing movement and reducing tripping hazards outside the box.

• Six rubber-gasket ports fit cables up to Φ12mm.
• Compatible with 12–16 gauge wiring for common outdoor equipment.
• Two built-in hook-and-loop straps plus reusable ties for cord security.
• Separate ports prevent overcrowding and abrasion on cables.

How easy is installation and what mounting options are available?

Installation takes minutes with no special tools required — the unit supports both wall-mount and free-standing setups. Dual screw slots allow horizontal or vertical mounting, and a non-slip base with drainage grooves stabilizes the box when placed on flat surfaces.

• Quick 3-minute setup with no special tools needed.
• Dual screw slots for vertical or horizontal wall-mounting.
• Non-slip base and drainage grooves for secure ground placement.
• Designed for easy access when adding or removing cords.
