Owala FreeSip 1.18 L Stainless Steel Water Bottle — Denim, Double-Wall Insulated with Dual-Mode Lid

The Owala FreeSip 40 oz Denim is an insulated stainless-steel water bottle with a locking push-button FreeSip lid that lets you sip upright through a straw or tilt back to swig from a wide-mouth spout.

Built for all-day hydration, this 40-ounce Owala bottle pairs double-wall insulation with a versatile lid design so you can drink the way you prefer without carrying multiple bottles. The push-to-open cap protects the spout, the carry loop doubles as a lock, and the wide opening accepts ice and makes cleaning straightforward. Finished in a denim color, the bottle is dishwasher-safe at the lid and backed by a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty.

How does the FreeSip lid let me drink two ways?

The patented FreeSip spout incorporates a built-in straw for upright sipping and an open spout for tilting back to swig. A push-button releases the lid and the carry loop locks it closed to prevent accidental openings. Switching between sipping and swigging is fast and requires no extra attachments.

• Built-in, easy-clean straw for sipping without tilting
• Wide-mouth spout opening for swigging and faster flow
• Push-button lid keeps spout protected when not in use
• Carry loop doubles as a lock to prevent spills

Will this bottle keep my drinks cold all day?

The FreeSip bottle uses double-wall insulated stainless steel to maintain cold temperatures for extended periods. In typical use, cold beverages stay chilled for up to 24 hours. Avoid filling with hot liquids, as the lid and straw are designed for cold or room-temperature drinks.

• Double-wall vacuum insulation preserves chill up to 24 hours
• Stainless-steel construction resists flavors and odors
• Not intended for hot beverages—use only with cold or room-temperature drinks
• Wide opening makes it easy to add ice cubes

How easy is the bottle to clean and carry?

Cleaning is simplified by a wide mouth that gives access to the interior and ice removal; the lid is dishwasher safe for fast cleaning while the cup should be hand-washed. The integrated carry loop provides a convenient handhold and doubles as a lock to keep the push-button closed during transport.

• Wide-mouth opening for effortless rinsing and ice insertion
• Dishwasher-safe lid; hand wash the stainless cup for longevity
• Carry loop fits hand or clips to a bag for hands-free travel
• Base is cup-holder friendly in many settings, but not standard automotive cupholders
