PB2 Organic Powdered Peanut Butter, 24oz Resealable Jar — Pure Unsweetened, 90% Less Fat

PB2 Pure Organic Powdered Peanut Butter is a single-ingredient, USDA Organic powdered peanut made from roasted non-GMO peanuts with no salt, no sugar, and a resealable 24oz jar for versatile, lower-fat peanut flavor.

PB2 Pure Organic offers the familiar taste of roasted peanuts in a lightweight, shelf-stable powder that reconstitutes into creamy peanut butter when mixed with water or easily adds peanut flavor and protein to recipes without added sugars or salt. Because it contains only one ingredient—USDA Certified Organic peanuts—this powder provides a straightforward pantry option for people following vegan, keto-friendly, gluten-free, or calorie-conscious eating patterns.

How do I turn this powdered peanut into spreadable peanut butter?

Mixing PB2 Pure Organic into a spreadable consistency takes just seconds: combine powder and water to your preferred thickness and stir or whisk until smooth. You can create thicker spreads for sandwiches or thinner blends for drizzling and smoothies, giving you control over texture and calories.

• Suggested ratio: about 2 parts powder to 1 part water for a traditional spreadable texture.
• Adjust water a tablespoon at a time to reach creamy or pourable consistency.
• Use a fork, whisk, or blender for ultra-smooth results, especially in cold recipes.

What makes this different from regular peanut butter?

Unlike traditional jarred peanut butter, PB2 removes most of the peanut oil during processing, producing a powder that delivers peanut flavor with about 90% less fat and fewer calories per serving. It contains only one ingredient—organic roasted peanuts—so there are no added sugars, salts, or preservatives to change the taste or label.

• Provides 6 g plant-based protein per serving while lowering fat content.
• Longer shelf life and less mess than ordinary spreads; store easily in the pantry.
• Works in cooking and baking where you want peanut taste without extra oil or sweetness.

How can I use PB2 Pure Organic in recipes and meal prep?

PB2 powder is extremely versatile: rehydrate for sandwiches, blend into smoothies for extra protein, stir into oatmeal or yogurt, fold into baked goods, or whisk into sauces and dressings for a nutty depth. Because it’s unsweetened and unsalted, you can control flavor precisely for savory or sweet applications.

• Smoothies and shakes: blend 1–2 tablespoons for protein and peanut flavor without added fat.
• Baking and cooking: incorporate directly into doughs, batters, and sauces for consistent peanut taste.
• On-the-go snacks: mix a small pouch to make a quick sandwich or dip while traveling or camping.

How should I store the 24oz resealable jar for best freshness?

Keep the resealable jar tightly closed in a cool, dry pantry away from direct sunlight to maintain flavor and shelf stability. Because the formula has most oils removed, it’s less prone to separation or rancidity than regular nut butter, making it an ideal long-lasting pantry staple.

• Seal the jar after each use to prevent moisture absorption and clumping.
• Store at room temperature; refrigeration is optional after mixing rehydrated spread.
• Check the printed best-by date for peak quality, though unopened powder stores long-term.

Who is this for: PB2 Pure Organic Powdered Peanut Butter is suited for active people and home cooks who want true roasted-peanut flavor without added sugar or salt, those watching calories or fat intake, and anyone seeking a clean-label, plant-based protein option that adapts to smoothies, baking, sauces, or quick spreads. It's also a practical choice for meal-prep, travel, and small kitchens where shelf-stable, mess-free ingredients are preferred.
