Petra HD4000 Battery Backpack Sprayer 15.1 L — 6–8 Hr Runtime, 6 Interchangeable Nozzles

The PetraTools HD4000 is a battery-powered 4-gallon backpack sprayer that delivers up to 6–8 hours of continuous spraying with adjustable pressure and six interchangeable nozzles.

Built for landscapers, homeowners, and small-scale farms, the HD4000 replaces manual pumps with a 12V 8Ah battery that pumps over 200 gallons per charge. The unit combines long runtime, ergonomic support, and a leak-resistant design to simplify tasks like applying fertilizers, herbicides, foliar feeds, and general irrigation. Below are practical answers to common buyer questions so you can decide if this sprayer fits your routine.

How long will a single charge last during typical use?

Under normal operating conditions the HD4000 runs between 6 and 8 hours, depending on pressure settings and nozzle choice. Lower PSI and finer nozzles extend runtime, while continuous high-pressure streams use more battery power.

• 12V 8Ah battery rated for 200+ gallons per charge
• Runs 6–8 hours at moderate pressure
• Adjustable 40–90 PSI to balance coverage with battery life

What spray patterns and pressures can I expect?

The sprayer includes six nozzles for a wide range of applications from fine misting to concentrated jets. Pressure control lets you fine-tune output for seedlings, foliar feeding, spot-treating weeds, or covering larger turf areas.

• Six interchangeable nozzles for mist, fan, cone, and jet streams
• Pressure adjustable from 40 to 90 PSI for versatile use
• Extendable 34.5-inch wand for reach and accuracy

Is the HD4000 comfortable and durable for long jobs?

PetraTools designed the pack with double-padded shoulder straps and a cushioned back pad to reduce fatigue during extended use. Heavy-duty materials, a wide-mouth lid, and a screen filter help prevent leaks and clogs so you can work longer without interruptions.

• Double-padded straps and back pad for user comfort
• Wide-mouth lid for fast filling and easy cleaning
• Translucent tank with gallon markers and anti-clog screen filter
