PreserVision AREDS2 Eye Vitamins with CoQ10, 80 Softgels — Lutein & Zeaxanthin, Antioxidant Support

PreserVision AREDS 2 Eye Vitamins + CoQ10 delivers the exact nutrient formulation from the AREDS2 study—plus 100 mg CoQ10—in an 80-softgel supply to support age-related eye health and overall antioxidant needs.

Designed by Bausch + Lomb to match the National Eye Institute’s AREDS2 nutrient profile, this softgel formula combines lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc, copper, vitamin C and vitamin E with added CoQ10. The result is a single daily supplement intended to follow the nutrient combination tested in clinical research while offering an antioxidant commonly used to support cardiovascular wellness. Each bottle contains 80 softgels for convenient short- to medium-term use.

How does this formula align with AREDS2 research?

The softgels include the same core nutrients and amounts that the Age-Related Eye Disease Study 2 evaluated: lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc, copper, and vitamins C and E. Bausch + Lomb crafted this product to mirror those study-proven nutrient ratios so consumers can choose a supplement that reflects the clinical protocol.

• Contains lutein and zeaxanthin as the primary carotenoids recommended by AREDS2.
• Includes zinc and copper to maintain mineral balance per the study formulation.
• Provides vitamins C and E consistent with the researched antioxidant pair.

Why is CoQ10 included and what does it add?

This PreserVision formula adds 100 mg of CoQ10, a well-known antioxidant used in dietary supplements. While CoQ10 is not part of the original AREDS2 nutrient list, its inclusion addresses broader antioxidant support and is often associated with cellular energy and cardiovascular wellness.

• 100 mg CoQ10 per serving to complement eye-focused antioxidants.
• Supports antioxidant balance beyond the AREDS2 core nutrients.
• Formulated to be taken once daily with food for better absorption.

How should I take PreserVision AREDS2 and what can I expect?

Follow the package directions or your eye care provider’s guidance—softgels are typically taken once per day with a meal to aid nutrient uptake. Results can vary by individual; supplements support nutritional needs but do not replace prescribed medical treatment or guarantee vision outcomes.

• Take as directed—usually one softgel daily with food.
• Use alongside routine eye exams and professional care.
• Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.

Are there safety notes or interactions to consider?

Because this formula contains zinc, copper and high-potency antioxidants, check with your healthcare provider if you take other supplements or medications, have a health condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Prescription guidance is important when combining supplements with therapies or managing chronic conditions.

• Consult a clinician if you take blood thinners or other medications.
• Inform your doctor if you have allergies or special dietary restrictions.
• Not intended for children; follow professional advice for long-term use.

Who is this for? PreserVision AREDS 2 Eye Vitamins + CoQ10 is aimed at adults seeking a supplement that mirrors the AREDS2 clinical nutrient profile while adding CoQ10 for broader antioxidant support. It fits people who want a doctor-recommended brand with a clear link to the AREDS2 formulation, those monitoring age-related eye health, and anyone looking for a once-daily softgel from an established eye-care company. As with any supplement, consult your health professional to confirm it matches your individual health plan.
