Prevail Women's Pull-Up Incontinence Underwear Large — Maximum Absorbency, 72 Count, Odour Control

Prevail Proven Large Pull-Up is women’s maximum-absorbency protective underwear that pulls on like regular underwear and locks in moisture for trusted day-and-night protection.

Designed to combine discreet fit, skin-friendly materials, and caregiver-friendly features, these pull-up underwear provide a balance of comfort and high-performance absorbency. The core uses MaxSorb gel to rapidly capture liquid while Omni-Odor Guard helps neutralize urine odor. Breathable materials promote airflow and help minimize irritation, making these suitable for extended wear during travel, overnight, or busy days.

How does the pull-up design make daily routines easier?

The elastic, underwear-style fit stays in place without pins or pins and moves naturally with the body so clothing sits smoothly. That means fewer adjustments, less bunching, and a more discreet silhouette under clothes. For caregivers, the flexible waistband and easy tear-away sides simplify changes when assistance is needed.

• Elastic pull-up waistband for a snug, underwear-like fit
• Cloth-like outer cover that lies flat under clothing
• Easy tear-away sides to speed assisted changes
• Designed to reduce shifting and bunching during activity

What level of absorbency and odor control can I expect?

Prevail’s MaxSorb gel absorbs quickly and retains liquid to help prevent leaks and keep the skin feeling drier. Omni-Odor Guard works instantly to neutralize urine odor for up to eight hours, supporting confidence in public or overnight. These features make the product suitable for light to heavier leaks depending on individual needs.

• MaxSorb gel core that absorbs and locks in moisture
• Rated for extended wear with up to eight hours of odor control
• Absorbs many times its weight for dependable protection
• Helps reduce the risk of leaks during long periods

Is the material safe and comfortable for sensitive skin?

The underwear uses 100% breathable technology to encourage airflow across the skin, which can help skin feel cooler and reduce irritation during prolonged wear. The cloth-like outer layer and soft elastics are designed to be gentle against delicate skin. While not a medical device, the breathable construction aims to support skin wellness in everyday use.

• Breathable materials promote airflow and reduce heat build-up
• Soft, cloth-like finish minimizes chafing and discomfort
