PSO-RITE Psoas Muscle Release Tool Night Black — Patented Deep-Tissue Massage, Compact

The PSO-RITE is a patented, rigid-plastic deep-tissue massage tool shaped like a therapist’s hand and elbow to target the psoas and surrounding muscles for focused pressure-based release.

If you carry tension in your hips, lower back, or thigh muscles, this handheld device offers a compact, repeatable way to apply sustained pressure to trigger points and tight muscle fibers. Made in the USA and protected by US Patent D823,479, the PSO-RITE is built to concentrate force precisely where you need it—without electronic parts, straps, or complicated setups. Its rigid design and dual-peak geometry allow you to isolate one psoas muscle at a time or use other surfaces to work hamstrings, glutes, calves, and upper-back knots.

How does PSO-RITE deliver effective pressure without a therapist?

The tool’s shape mimics a therapist’s hand and the firmness of an elbow so you can reproduce deep, consistent pressure safely. By positioning a single peak into a targeted tissue zone, you control intensity through body weight and leverage rather than moving parts. Short holds of 5–60 seconds are typically used to address a trigger point before reassessing comfort and mobility.

• Ergonomic curves replicate hand/elbow contact for stable pressure
• Single-peak design isolates one psoas at a time for precision
• Rigid plastic transmits force efficiently for deeper penetration

Where on my body can I use the PSO-RITE, and what results should I expect?

Although engineered for the psoas (hip flexor complex), the PSO-RITE is a versatile manual massage tool suitable for many muscle groups. Use it on hamstrings, quads, inner thighs, calves, glutes, lower and upper back, and arms; each contact zone is selected by rotating or flipping the tool. Expect targeted pressure to help reduce localized tightness, improve range of motion, and make other mobility work feel more effective.

• Psoas and hip flexors: single-peak insertion for focused work
• Hamstrings and quads: longer edges for sweeping pressure
• Back and shoulders: curves used as fulcrums to reach tight spots

Is the PSO-RITE portable and easy to use during daily routines?

The PSO-RITE is lightweight and compact—about 10.7" long and roughly 1.15 lb—so it fits easily in a gym bag or office drawer. No batteries or attachments are required, so you can use it between training sets, during a work break, or as part of a nightly mobility routine. Its robust build means it can be used on floor, bench, or against furniture for varied angles of pressure.

• Compact dimensions and low weight for on-the-go use
• Works on multiple surfaces—floor, bench, or chair—for different angles
• No maintenance or charging; wipe clean after use

How should I use the PSO-RITE safely and when should I consult a professional?

Use controlled pressure and limit holds to short intervals, observing comfort and breathing. Because the device is rigid and designed for deep work, stop if you experience sharp pain, numbness, or unusual symptoms. Always check with a healthcare provider before starting deep-tissue self-treatment if you have medical conditions, recent surgery, or acute injury.

• Recommended hold time: 5–60 seconds per position for most users
• Apply pressure gradually and avoid sharp or radiating pain
• Consult a clinician for pre-existing conditions or post-operative care

Who is this for? The PSO-RITE suits athletes, fitness enthusiasts, desk workers, and manual laborers who need a durable, targeted tool for addressing deep muscle tightness—especially around the hips and core. It’s also helpful for therapists and trainers who want a portable, repeatable way to demonstrate self-release techniques. Because it’s mechanical and non-electronic, it’s best for people able to tolerate firm pressure and who follow safe usage guidance.
