Note: recent reformulation may include trace soy lecithin or vegetable oil from soybean; check the package if you have soy allergies.

How does this bar fit into a quick breakfast or snack routine?

These bars work as a grab-and-go option when you need a satisfying balance of protein and fiber. With 20 grams of protein, they help you meet daily protein goals more easily than typical candy or pastry options. The fiber content helps slow digestion, supporting steadier energy between meals.

• 20 g complete dairy-based protein per bar
• 12 g fiber to assist satiety
• About 4 g net carbs and under 1 g sugar per bar
• Individually wrapped for easy portability

What makes the Birthday Cake flavor different from other protein bars?

Rather than a plain protein taste, the Birthday Cake variety aims for a sweet, dessert-like profile using low-sugar formulations and flavor systems. The texture and flavor are crafted to mimic the softness and sweetness of a cake slice while keeping added sugars out. It’s positioned for people who want indulgence without the sugar load of conventional desserts.

• Sweet, cake-inspired flavor without added sugars
• Soft bar texture that evokes a baked treat
• Flavor designed for everyday enjoyment, not just post-workout

Are the ingredients and allergen details suitable for sensitive eaters?

Quest formulated these bars primarily with dairy-based proteins, providing all nine essential amino acids. However, recent supply changes mean some batches may contain soy lecithin or vegetable oil from soybean—ingredients considered allergens. Always check the label and packaging for the most current allergen information before consuming.

• Complete dairy proteins supply essential amino acids
• May contain soy lecithin or soybean oil due to reformulation
• No added sugars listed on packaging

Use them as a post-workout bite, midday energy boost, or a lower-sugar dessert substitute when cravings strike. Their shelf-stable packaging also makes them handy for travel and meal-prep routines.
