Quest Peanut Butter Protein Powder 1.36 kg — 23g Protein per Scoop, Low Carb Gluten-Free

Whether you blend it into a shake, stir it into oatmeal, or bake it into snacks, this 3-pound canister from Quest supplies concentrated protein without overpowering sweetness. Formulated from a blend of fast- and slow-absorbing dairy proteins, it supports muscle recovery and keeps you satisfied longer than a simple whey isolate on its own. The powder is gluten-free and designed for everyday athletes, busy professionals, and anyone who wants a convenient high-protein option that tastes like dessert.

How much protein and carbohydrates are in each scoop?

Each scoop provides 23 grams of protein with minimal carbs and sugar, making it suitable for low-carb approaches and higher-protein meal plans. Nutrition per scoop balances immediate and sustained amino acid delivery for recovery and fullness.

• 23 g complete protein per scoop
• Approximately 2 g net carbohydrates per scoop
• Less than 1 g sugar per scoop
• About 43 scoops per 3-pound canister

What type of protein blend does Quest use and why does it matter?

The formula combines 60% whey protein isolate for quick absorption and 40% micellar casein for slower, extended release. This mix supplies amino acids shortly after intake and continues delivering them over time, which can be helpful around workouts and between meals.

• 60% whey protein isolate for rapid amino acid availability
• 40% micellar casein for prolonged release and satiety
• Dairy-based, complete protein profile with essential amino acids
• Suitable for post-workout or as a high-protein snack

How can I use this peanut butter protein powder in my routine?

Its creamy peanut-butter taste works in shakes, recipes, and quick snacks—mix with water or milk for an instant drink, add to smoothies for thickness, or fold into batter for protein-packed pancakes. Because it’s low in carbs and sugar, it adapts well to both clean-eating plans and indulgent-feeling recipes.

• Shake with water, almond milk, or regular milk for a fast protein drink
• Blend into fruit or vegetable smoothies for flavor and texture
• Stir into oatmeal, yogurt, or cottage cheese to increase protein content
• Use in baking to make higher-protein pancakes, bars, or cookies

Is this product suitable for special diets or sensitivities?

The powder is labeled gluten-free and uses dairy proteins, so it is not vegan or suitable for those with dairy allergies. It is, however, compatible with many low-carb and reduced-sugar eating plans and works well for anyone avoiding added sugars.

• Gluten-free formulation
• Contains dairy — not vegan and not for those with dairy allergies
• Minimal added sugar, fits low-sugar strategies
• Convenient single-canister supply for home use and meal prep
