Saalt Soft Menstrual Cup is a reusable, medical‑grade silicone period cup designed to provide up to 12 hours of comfortable, leak‑resistant protection while moving with your body.

If you want an eco‑friendlier, cost‑saving alternative to disposable tampons or pads that’s gentle for sensitive bodies, the Saalt Soft cup offers a softer, flexible fit that reduces pressure and irritation. Made in the USA from 100% medical‑grade silicone, this cup comes in two sizes—Small for lighter flows and Regular for heavier days—and includes a compact carry bag for discreet storage and transport.

How long can I wear the Saalt Soft Menstrual Cup in a day?

You can wear the cup for up to 12 hours depending on your flow, making it suitable for daytime, work, and overnight use. Emptying frequency depends on your individual flow, but many users find single‑shift wear possible without changes.

• Up to 12 hours of continuous protection
• Small size corresponds to light–normal (approx. 2–3 tampons)
• Regular size corresponds to medium–heavy (approx. 3–4 tampons)
• Secure, leak‑resistant design when inserted correctly

Will a softer cup like Saalt’s reduce discomfort or bladder pressure?

The Saalt Soft cup is crafted to be more flexible than firmer alternatives, which can make it more comfortable for people with bladder sensitivity or cramping. Many users report reduced pressure and fewer sensations of pinching when switching to a softer cup.

• Softer silicone moves with your body to minimize pressure
• Helpful option for those who found firmer cups uncomfortable
• Available sizes to match anatomy and flow level
• Flexible stem allows for easier positioning and removal

How do I clean and care for the Saalt Soft cup?

Cleaning is straightforward: rinse between uses and sanitize by boiling or wiping with isopropyl alcohol as needed. The silicone material is durable and nonreactive, so with basic care the cup is ready for repeated cycles year after year.

• Rinse with water between changes
• Sanitize by boiling briefly or using isopropyl alcohol
• Store dry in the included carry bag when not in use
• 100% medical‑grade silicone is BPA‑free and hypoallergenic

What size should I pick and how does it compare to tampons?

Choose Small for light‑to‑normal flow and Regular for medium‑to‑heavy flow; this roughly translates to the tampon counts listed below. If you’re unsure, factors like flow volume, cervical position, and pelvic floor strength can help guide sizing—customer support can assist if you need personalized advice.

• Small equals about 2–3 tampons of absorbency
• Regular equals about 3–4 tampons of absorbency
• Two sizes accommodate different flows and anatomies
• Compact carry bag for travel or purse storage
