Sasttie Cooling U-Shaped Pregnancy Pillow 57" Full-Body — Light Grey, Breathable Machine-Washable Cover

Sasttie's 57" cooling U-shaped pregnancy pillow delivers full-body ergonomic support for pregnant and side-sleeping bodies, easing pressure from head to feet while staying breathable and machine-washable.

Designed to follow the curves of a changing body, this full-length maternity pillow combines a U-shaped contour, down-alternative fill, and a soft removable cover to create consistent support from shoulders to swollen feet. The generous 57" length gives head-to-toe coverage so you can reposition without losing support, and the breathable outer fabric helps reduce trapped heat for more comfortable rest through the night.

How does this pillow help me sleep comfortably during pregnancy?

The U-shaped design supports both your upper and lower body simultaneously, allowing proper spinal alignment whether you rest on your side or prop your back slightly. That consistent cradle reduces the need to stack multiple cushions and helps maintain comfortable positions for longer stretches.

• Full 57" length for head-to-toe support and body contouring.
• U-shaped wrap stabilizes hips and shoulders to ease pressure points.
• Down-alternative fill balances firmness and cushioning for layered support.
• Removable cover keeps the sleep surface clean and comfortable.

Will the pillow stay cool or cause overheating?

The outer cover is made from a breathable fabric designed to feel cool to the touch, and the loft of the down-alternative filling promotes airflow through the core. Together they reduce heat build-up compared with tightly compressed foam or heavy bedding.

• Breathable cover reduces trapped heat and increases airflow.
• Lightweight 7lb down-alternative fill avoids dense, heat-retaining cores.
• Loose fill construction allows natural ventilation during sleep.

How easy is it to care for and keep hygienic?

Maintenance is straightforward: the cover unzips and is machine-washable so you can refresh the sleep surface without handling the inner core. The down-alternative fill resists clumping and holds its shape with occasional fluffing, extending usable life between deeper cleanings.

• Zip-off cover is machine washable for simple cleaning.
• Durable synthetic fill stays evenly distributed with minimal maintenance.
• Spot-clean inner pillow as needed; avoid machine washing the core.

What are the materials and build details I should know?

The pillow contains approximately 7 pounds of blended down-alternative fill—60% polyester fibers and 40% silicified fiber—offering cushioning and resilience without real down. The light grey removable cover is soft and breathable, and the U-shaped silhouette was engineered to contour around changing bodies and common pregnancy discomforts.

• 57" long by 27.5" wide for comprehensive coverage.
• 7lb down-alternative fill (60% polyester, 40% silicified fiber).
• Soft, cool-touch removable cover with zipper closure.

Who is this for? Expectant parents looking for an all-in-one sleep solution will find the Sasttie 57" U-shaped pregnancy pillow useful—especially those who prefer side sleeping, need extra lumbar and hip support, or want a machine-washable cover and a cooler sleep surface. It also suits anyone seeking full-body support for reading, lounging, or recovering from procedures where gentle, adjustable support is helpful.
