Shameless Super Sour Blue Raspberry Gummies – Single-Serve Low-Sugar, High-Fiber Vegan Snack

Shameless Snacks Super Sour Blue Raspberry are tangy, plant-based gummy treats that deliver bold blue-raspberry flavor with minimal sugar and a high fiber boost.

These single-serve bags combine fierce sour taste and chewy texture while keeping carbs and calories low. Formulated with plant-based pectin (no gelatin) and no artificial dyes, each bag is designed as a convenient, on-the-go snack that supports low-sugar and keto-style eating without sacrificing candy-like enjoyment.

How tart and sweet are these gummies?

The gummies emphasize an assertive sour blue raspberry profile balanced with sweetness so the flavor feels electric but not overwhelming. The sour coating delivers an immediate tart hit, while the interior chew finishes slightly sweet.

• Intense blue raspberry sour coating for a first bite zing
• Chewy interior that softens the sourness into a sweet finish
• No artificial dyes; flavor comes through bright and natural

What nutritional trade-offs should I expect?

Each bag is formulated to be low in sugar and calories while offering a substantial amount of fiber. That makes these snacks useful when you want candy flavor without the typical sugar spike from conventional gummies.

• 3 grams total sugar and about 70 calories per bag
• 26 grams of fiber per bag, supplying a high percentage of daily fiber needs
• Approximately 3 grams net carbs, suitable for many low-carb plans

Are these suitable for specific diets or kids' lunchboxes?

Yes—these gummies are vegan, gluten free, and made with pectin instead of gelatin, which makes them compatible with plant-based and gluten-sensitive diets. Their moderate calorie count and low sugar profile also make them a family-friendly choice for school lunches and movie-night sharing.

• Plant-based pectin formulation (gelatin-free)
• Gluten-free and dye-free for broader dietary compatibility
• Single-serve bag size is convenient for lunches, travel, and snacks

How well do these work for low-carb or keto-style eating?

With 3 grams net carbs per bag, these gummies can fit into many low-carb or ketogenic approaches when consumed in moderation. They provide a candy experience while keeping carbohydrate impact comparatively low versus standard gummy candies.

• 3g net carbs per bag to help manage daily carbohydrate totals
• Low sugar content to limit glucose impact from a typical candy serving
• High fiber content helps reduce effective digestible carbs

Who is this for? Shameless Super Sour Blue Raspberry gummies are ideal for anyone who wants a crunchy sour-sweet candy experience without the high sugar or gelatin content typical of traditional gummies. They suit vegans, people avoiding gluten or artificial dyes, those following low-carb or calorie-conscious plans, and families who want a flavorful, portable treat for lunches, road trips, or movie nights.
