simplehuman Code J Drawstring Liners for 38–45L Cans, 200 Count — Extra Thick, One-by-One Dispense, 50% PCR

simplehuman Code J liners are custom-fit, extra-thick drawstring trash bags designed to fit 38–45 L (10–12 gallon) simplehuman cans for a clean, no-slip, mess-resistant disposal solution.

These liners are engineered to match simplehuman's 45L semi-round and 38L rectangular cans, so the bag sits neatly inside the liner pocket and the lid closes without overhang. Built with reinforced seams and thicker plastic than standard kitchen bags, they resist punctures and leaks when filled to capacity. The quick one-by-one dispenser delivers a single bag with a single motion, eliminating roll unraveling and keeping replacement fast and tidy. Plus, each bag contains 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic to reduce new material use.

How do these liners prevent slipping and overhang?

The Code J liners are sized precisely for simplehuman’s compatible cans so they tuck into the liner pocket and stay put as the lid closes. This prevents the bag from sliding into the can and avoids messy draping around the rim. The drawstring also secures the bag during removal.

• Custom dimensions matched to 38–45 L simplehuman cans
• Designed to sit inside the liner pocket for a discreet fit
• Reinforced drawstring holds the bag in place during lift-out

Are these bags strong enough for heavy kitchen waste?

Yes — extra-thick film and double-seamed welded edges give these liners greater tear and puncture resistance than thin, single-seam bags. You can pack the bag to the rim with typical household waste without worrying about immediate ripping. The welded seams help stop leaks and the reinforced drawstring lets you tie a secure knot for transport.

• Extra-thick plastic resists tears from sharp or irregular trash
• Double-seamed, welded edges reduce seam failure and leaks
• Sturdy drawstring for secure closing and clean handling

How does the one-by-one dispenser work with step and sensor cans?

The quick-dispense pack presents bags so you can pull a single liner with one smooth motion — no searching for perforations or unraveling a roll. The pack is sized to fit into the liner pocket of simplehuman step and sensor cans, so refilling is quick and tidy. This system reduces fumbling and keeps spare liners organized inside the can.

• One-by-one dispensing eliminates roll unraveling and waste
• Packs designed to fit inside simplehuman liner pockets for easy refills
• Single-motion removal reduces mess and speeds bag changes

What sustainability features does this product include?

Each liner is manufactured with 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, lowering the use of virgin resin and keeping more material in circulation. Using PCR helps divert plastic from landfills and reduces the product’s embodied carbon compared to an all-virgin-plastic alternative. The packaging and dispenser also aim to simplify replacement to reduce wasted bags.

• Contains 50% PCR material to reuse post-consumer plastic
• Lower virgin-plastic demand and reduced embodied carbon
• Efficient dispensing minimizes accidental waste during use

Who is this for: These Code J liners are for simplehuman owners who want a precisely fitted, heavy-duty bag for 38–45 L (10–12 gal) cans, especially households that value a tidy appearance, fewer leaks, and faster bag changes. They suit busy kitchens, offices, or any space using compatible simplehuman step or sensor cans and prefer packaging with recycled content.
