simplehuman Steel Frame Dishrack — Large Brushed Stainless, 360° Swivel Spout & Moisture-Control Tray

A full-size, rust-proof steel dish rack that dries faster, prevents puddles, and drains to any sink with a 360° swivel spout.

This simplehuman Steel Frame Dishrack pairs a solid brushed stainless frame with engineered drying tech to keep your counter tidy and your dishes spotless-looking. Designed for everyday kitchens and occasional dinner parties, the rack uses a hydrophilic moisture-control tray to spread water thinly so it evaporates quickly, while an anti-residue coating resists mineral buildup from hard water. Thoughtful touches—like silicone-capped plate dividers, anti-slip feet, and a removable wine glass holder—make loading and unloading easier without scratching delicate pieces.

How does the dishrack prevent standing water and odors?

The dishrack features a hydrophilic moisture-control surface that spreads residual water into a thin film, increasing evaporation and eliminating puddles beneath dishes. That rapid drying reduces the likelihood of musty smells and keeps the underside of plates and bowls clear of standing liquid.

• Hydrophilic tray disperses water for faster evaporation
• Anti-residue coating resists mineral deposits and spotting
• Low-profile design encourages airflow under dishes

Will this fit my sink layout and drain properly?

The integrated 360° swivel spout rotates to point into any sink position so you can place the rack wherever it best fits your counter. The spout also lifts off for cleaning and to prevent trapped debris or buildup in the drain channel.

• 360° swivel spout drains directly into the sink from any angle
• Removable spout for quick rinsing and maintenance
• Large footprint works with standard full-size sinks and counters

Can it protect delicate dishes and wine glasses?

The rack uses silicone-capped wire dividers to cradle plates and bowls without scratching, and an integrated wine glass holder suspends up to four glasses—including larger Bordeaux stems—so they dry safely without using plate space. Silicone tips also prevent clinking and slipping when you move pieces around.

• Silicone-capped wire rack protects china and glazed surfaces
• Wine glass holder fits up to four stems, including large glasses
• Secure cradle design reduces movement while drying

How durable and low-maintenance is the frame?

The frame is stainless steel with a fingerprint-resistant finish and a rust-proof design to hold up to daily use. Anti-slip rubber feet keep the unit stable, and the anti-residue coating minimizes mineral build-up so the rack looks newer longer with minimal upkeep.

• Rust-proof brushed stainless steel matches modern appliances
• Fingerprint-resistant finish reduces visible smudges
• Anti-slip feet stabilize the rack during loading and unloading

Who is this for: home cooks and hosts who want a high-capacity, low-maintenance drying solution that looks as refined as their kitchen appliances. It suits households that wash a mix of everyday plates and delicate stemware, people with hard water who need mineral-resistance, and anyone who prefers a tidy counter with faster drying times. If you want a durable, thoughtfully engineered dish rack that drains to any sink and protects fine dishes, the simplehuman Steel Frame Dishrack offers a premium, practical choice.
