songsoso Adjustable Bathtub Safety Rail — Clamp-On Grab Bar Fits 3.1–6.7" Tub Walls, 136 kg Support

This songsoso adjustable bathtub safety rail is a clamp-on grab bar that locks to flat tub walls to provide a stable, non-slip handhold for entering and exiting the bath. The songsoso grab bar gives a compact, tool-free way to add hand support to most household tubs without drilling or permanent modifications. It’s built from thick H-shaped steel tubing with triple rubber padding at the clamp and an adjustable height to suit different users and tub edges. The clamp design fits tub lips between 3.1 and 6.7 inches wide and secures up to 300 pounds, making it a practical option when you want extra balance and confidence in the bathroom.

How does the clamp attach to my bathtub?

The rail secures by tightening an adjustable clamp onto the tub’s flat edge; no screws or drills are required. The clamp uses three rubber pads to increase friction and protect the tub surface while the locking mechanism holds the rail steady during use.

• Fits tub lips 3.1–6.7 inches wide (3–7 inches thick range).
• Triple non-slip rubber pads prevent movement and surface damage.
• Tool-free tightening and a locking lever for a fast install.

Will this handle support my weight and resist bending?

Yes — songsoso engineered the frame from 1.5-inch thick H-shaped steel tubing tested for anti-bending and deformation. The construction delivers a stable support rated to hold up to 300 pounds when properly installed on a compatible, flat tub edge.

• 1.5" H-shaped steel tubing for increased stiffness and durability.
• Anti-deformation design reduces flex under load.
• Rated capacity: 300 lbs when clamped to a suitable surface.

Can I adjust the rail height for different users or bathtub styles?

The rail offers simple height adjustment between 15 and 18 inches to accommodate varying user reach and tub rim heights. Adjusting the unit takes moments and keeps the grab surface at a comfortable position whether sitting, standing, or transferring.

• Height range: 15" to 18" to suit most user heights and setups.
• Quick adjustment without tools — loosen, slide, and retighten.
• Secure locking prevents unintended movement after setup.

What bathtub surfaces or edges are not compatible?

This clamp-style rail requires a smooth, flat tub edge to seat correctly; curved, angled, or heavily textured lips will prevent a secure hold. Before buying, measure the rim width and inspect the edge finish to ensure the clamp can compress evenly against the surface.

• Not suitable for curved, beveled, or textured tub lips.
• Confirm rim width is within 3.1–6.7 inches for safe clamping.
• Any damage or irregularities at the clamp location can affect grip.

This songsoso bathtub rail is designed for people who need extra balance and hand support in the tub but prefer a non-permanent solution. It’s well suited for seniors, those with limited mobility, caregivers looking for an easy install, or renters who cannot drill into fixtures. As with any safety accessory, verify your tub edge is smooth and within the specified width range before purchase, and periodically check the clamp and pads for wear to maintain safe performance.
