SREBAY Cat Scratch Couch Furniture Protector — Self-Adhesive Trimmable Felt Pad, Thin Durable Mat

SREBAY Cat Scratch Couch Furniture Protector is a self-adhesive, trimmable felt scratch mat designed to protect sofas, chairs and other surfaces while giving cats an attractive place to scratch and climb.

Keep your furniture safe from claws without sacrificing your cat’s instinctive need to scratch. This thin, durable mat adheres to a wide range of surfaces — from leather and fabric to wood and plastic — and can be cut to fit armrests, cushions, cat trees or walls. The felt surface includes small prongs that encourage cats to use the pad, and the peel-and-stick backing makes installation quick and reversible when you want to reposition or replace it.

How does this protector stop my cat from ruining the couch?

The mat creates a textured, preferred scratching surface that draws your cat away from upholstery, while the self-adhesive backing keeps the pad in place during play. Because it’s trimmable, you can cover high-wear areas exactly where your cat scratches most, reducing visible damage to furniture.

• Textured felt surface attracts scratching behavior.
• Self-adhesive backing resists shifting during use.
• Cut-to-fit design covers armrests, edges, and cushions precisely.
• Thin profile works under throws and on various materials.

Will it stick to leather, fabric, or wooden surfaces without damage?

The adhesive is formulated for safe contact with many common household materials and is removable when you want to change placement. For delicate or rounded items you can wrap the mat and secure it additionally with small fasteners if needed.

• Suitable for leather, cotton, linen, wood, plastic, glass and more.
• Designed to be removed without leaving significant residue.
• Avoid alcohol when preparing surfaces — it can reduce stickiness.
• Use nails for permanently wrapped round or square posts for extra hold.

How easy is it to shape, install and keep clean?

Installation is straightforward: measure, cut the mat to shape, peel the backing and press into place. Maintenance is low-effort — vacuum or wipe away hair and debris — and the mat is tear-resistant to handle vigorous scratching.

• 39.3 × 15.8 × 0.2 cm standard sheet can be trimmed freely.
• Peel-and-stick backing enables quick application and repositioning.
• Clean by vacuuming or wiping; avoid harsh solvents.
• Tough felt construction resists ripping and long-term wear.

How can I use it for DIY cat furniture and climbing solutions?

This product doubles as a building block for custom cat accessories — wrap, stack or attach multiple sheets to make climbing panels, replacement posts, or wall-mounted scratch areas. Its pliable, trimmable form gives you freedom to invent shapes that fit your space and your cat’s preferences.

• Create wrapped posts for cat trees or re-cover worn scratching poles.
• Assemble wall-mounted climbing paths and launch points.
• Cut bespoke pieces for corners, armrests or stair steps.
• Combine several mats for larger surfaces or levels.
