Srotime Bed Rail for Elderly Adults – Adjustable 181 kg Steel Bed Assist Rail with Side Handle, Ergonomic Foam Grip (Black)

Srotime Bed Rail for Elderly Adults is an adjustable, ASTM-compliant bedside assist rail with a secondary side handle and 400 lb steel support, designed to help users sit up, transfer, and reach bedside items safely.

This compact bedside aid pairs a sturdy, thickened carbon-steel frame with a soft ergonomic grip and a handy storage pocket, so older adults can feel steadier getting in and out of bed while keeping essentials within reach. The rail adapts to many platform and upholstered bed styles with a wide non-slip base and mattress strap to reduce movement. It is engineered to meet ASTM F3186-17 recommendations for portable adult bed rails and includes straightforward height and width adjustments for a custom fit.

How does the Srotime bed rail improve transfers and sitting up?

The rail adds a reliable vertical and side grip for users who need extra leverage when moving from lying to sitting or standing. A dedicated side assist handle creates a second natural handhold for turning and pushing off, which can reduce strain on the back and hips.

• Ergonomic foam grip for comfortable, non-slip contact
• Secondary side assist handle for alternate leverage points
• Wide base and mattress strap for steady anchor to the bed

Is this bed rail strong and safe enough for daily use?

Yes — the frame uses thickened carbon steel tubing and supports up to 400 pounds, offering a stable aid for regular bedside activities. The product design follows ASTM F3186-17 guidance to ensure the frame, strap, and installation meet common safety expectations for portable adult bed rails.

• 400 lb rated steel frame for durable support
• Non-slip feet and broad base to resist tipping
• Included mattress securing strap to minimize shifting

Will this rail fit my bed and how do I adjust it?

The Srotime rail accommodates many platform and upholstered beds with adjustable width and height settings to match mattress size and user reach. It is not intended for recessed or motorized adjustable bases, so confirm your bed type before ordering.

• Width extends from 28.35" to 31.5" to suit common mattress sizes
• Handle height adjusts 18"–21", floor support adjusts 13.58"–21.65"
• Tool-free adjustments allow quick setup and repositioning

What comfort and convenience features are included?

Small design details make daily use easier: soft waterproof foam grips reduce hand fatigue, and a double-sided mesh pocket stores phone, remote, or tissues within arm’s reach. The rail installs on either the left or right side so you can match bedroom layout and personal preference.

• Waterproof ergonomic foam handles for comfortable gripping
• Double-sided mesh storage pocket for bedside essentials
