STANLEY Shop Vacuum 18.9 L SL18115 — 4 Peak HP Wet/Dry Vac with Blower and 85 CFM

The STANLEY SL18115 is a compact 5-gallon (18.5 L) wet/dry shop vacuum with a 4 peak HP motor, blower function and 85 CFM airflow for versatile workshop, garage, and vehicle cleanups.

Built to handle both wet spills and dry debris, this Stanley shop vac combines strong suction, a blower port and a set of accessories to tackle sawdust, dirt, liquid messes and outdoor leaves. The tank’s larger capacity reduces how often you stop to empty, while a 15+ foot reach and swivel casters make it easier to move around job sites, home garages and vans. Included filters and nozzles let you switch between wet and dry tasks without hunting for extra parts.

How powerful is the SL18115 for typical shop and vehicle jobs?

The vacuum uses a 4 peak horsepower motor delivering about 85 CFM airflow, which gives it the suction needed for most routine cleaning tasks around workshops, basements, and cars. It handles saw dust, dirt and moderate liquid spills effectively when fitted with the correct filter or foam sleeve.

• 4 peak HP motor for strong short-burst suction.
• 85 CFM airflow rating suitable for debris and liquid pickup.
• Comes with foam filter and reusable dry filter for task switching.

What cleaning functions and accessories are included?

This model is a 3-in-1 wet/dry vacuum with a blower port so you can vacuum wet messes, dry debris and also blow leaves or dust away. Stanley bundles a flexible hose, extension wands, nozzles and both dry and foam filters so you can start cleaning right away.

• 1-1/4" x 5' super flexible hose and three extension wands for extended reach.
• Floor nozzle, gulper nozzle and crevice tool for varied surfaces.
• Includes foam filter for wet use, reusable dry filter and dust bag for dry collection.

How far and how easily can you clean without unplugging?

The SL18115 gives over 15 feet of total reach through a 5-foot hose, three extension wands and a 10-foot power cord, reducing the need to move the unit frequently. Four swivel casters let you roll the unit smoothly across concrete and garage floors, and cord/hose wraps keep storage neat after the job is done.

• 5' hose plus three wands plus 10' cord equals 15+ feet cleaning radius.
• Four swivel casters for mobility on flat surfaces.
• Top handle and side wraps for organized cord and hose storage.

What maintenance and safety points should you know?

Maintaining the unit involves emptying the 18.5 L tank when full, rinsing or replacing filters as needed, and ensuring the blower port is clear for airflow. Use the foam filter for wet operation and the dry filter or dust bag for fine particles; always follow local guidelines for disposing of captured waste.

• 18.5 L (5 gallon) tank reduces trip frequency to empty the unit.
• Swap to foam filter for liquids and reusable dry filter or dust bag for solids.
• Inspect hose and nozzles regularly for blockages to maintain suction.

Who is this for? The Stanley SL18115 is aimed at homeowners, hobbyists, contractors and vehicle owners who need a portable, multi-function vacuum for shops, garages, basements and small jobsites. It’s a practical choice if you want a balance of tank capacity, accessory variety and mobility for everyday debris and spill cleanup without stepping up to a heavier commercial unit.
