SUMLANS Kitchen Mat Set of 2 — Brown Cushioned Non-Slip Runners 17.3x47" + 17.3x30" Absorbent, Machine-Washable

Made from durable polyester with a rubberized backing, the SUMLANS 2-piece kitchen mat set (17.3" x 47" and 17.3" x 30") combines a soft, stain-resistant surface with a gripping anti-skid base. The pair is designed to protect floors from drips, grease and dropped items while giving a cushioned layer that eases pressure on feet and joints. Machine-washable and quick to dry when air-dried, these runners fit kitchens, laundry rooms, and busy entryways where water and foot traffic are common.

How do these mats prevent slips and stay in place on smooth floors?

The back of each rug is finished with a rubberized texture that increases friction against tile, hardwood and linoleum to minimize movement. That grip helps keep the mats positioned where you put them, reducing tripping and sliding risks while you cook or clean.

• Rubber anti-slip backing for strong floor adhesion.
• Works effectively on hardwood, tile, linoleum and sealed concrete.
• Flat, low-profile edges reduce curling and snag hazards.

Will these runners protect my floor from spills, stains and scratches?

The surface is woven from 100% polyester engineered to resist stains and absorb kitchen spills, trapping oils and sauces before they reach the floor. The cushioned padding also acts as a protective buffer against dropped dishware and utensils that might otherwise chip or scratch sensitive finishes.

• Super-absorbent polyester top layer captures liquids and debris.
• Cushioned interior reduces impact from falling items.
• Stain-resistant finish makes everyday messes easier to manage.

How should I clean and maintain these mats for long-lasting use?

Cleaning is user-friendly: these mats accept vacuuming, robot vacuum cleaning and machine washing without losing shape. For best results, launder on a gentle cycle, let them air dry flat, and avoid heat drying to preserve the rubber backing and cushioning.

• Machine-washable on gentle cycles; air dry only.
• Compatible with vacuum and robot cleaners for quick upkeep.
• Durable fibers resist deformation after repeated cleaning.

Where in the home do these mats work best and what sizes are included?

The two-piece set includes a longer runner (17.3" x 47") and a shorter rug (17.3" x 30"), offering versatile placement around sinks, stoves, islands, or doorways. The pair is sized to cover common kitchen problem areas while leaving enough open floor for cabinets and appliances.

• Two sizes included for sink and stove or island placement.
• Suitable for kitchen, laundry room, hallway, porch or entryway use.
• Padded design supports long periods of standing without compression.

Who is this for? The SUMLANS 2-piece kitchen mat set is ideal for cooks, apartment dwellers, families with children or pets, and anyone who spends extended time standing at countertops. It suits households wanting simple, machine-washable floor protection that reduces fatigue and keeps high-traffic surfaces safer. If you need cushioned comfort plus a non-slip, stain-resistant surface in a neutral brown hue, this set is a practical, low-maintenance choice for busy living spaces.
